The Real Easy Red Dog - S2-E7

Visible crew/equipment: While Diel is out in the field investigating the body in the car trunk he makes the connection between Brice and Sandstrom. When he walks over to his car to speak to Sherman on the radio, the reflection of the moving boom pole/mic is visible on the car's windows. (00:35:50)

Resurrection in Black & White - S2-E8

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when Rockford is at Elber's boat slip Susan drives up and parks. Then just as Rockford walks over to Susan's car, note that on Rockford's car we can see the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a red jacket) on the door, and the reflection of the moving boom pole/microphone on the roof (there's also a reflection of the stationary telephone pole on the roof). Visible crew/equipment: While Rockford goes over the twenty-year old trial transcript with Gandolph, there's a moment where Gandy realises that things are looking up with Rockfish. Then just as Gandy says that he loves Lilah and never meant to hurt her, the bouncing microphone becomes visible at the lower center of the screen, in front of Rockford's leg. (00:17:35)

Visible crew/equipment: Angel pretends to be London during the meeting with Striker, and when Striker tells "London" that he's prepared to make him a counter-offer, in the next shot facing Angel set equipment wiggles into view at the top, right side of the screen. (00:23:35)

Where's Houston? - S2-E20

Continuity mistake: After Rocky tells Houston about her grandfather's murder Rockford tells his dad to give her a little time, and then it cuts to the closeup of Houston slamming the butter onto a rectangular butter dish. In the next shot some changes include the rectangular butter dish is now a round plate, and the white laminate counter has changed into a yellow patterned ceramic tile countertop. (00:19:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford and Rocky are seated at the table, an angry Houston brings the butter to the table and takes a seat, then just as Rockford tells her to let the police handle it, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the wall beside the doorway, on the right side of the screen. A Bad Deal in the Valley - S2-E22

Continuity mistake: When Rockford goes to see his friend the preacher to ask about a new fence in town, the wood box that the preacher opens has the word "donation" on it, with the bottom of the letters facing the hinged side of the box. In the box's closeup some changes include: the wood top is now different and the word "donation" faces the opposite way, with the top of the letters facing the hinged side. (00:38:40)

A Bad Deal in the Valley - S2-E22

Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford and Karen drive up to the house where Lederer has been hiding, Rockford stops the car and explains that he doesn't want to spook him. During this brief stop, note there is something at the roof of Rockford's car along with the reflection of equipment, and in the two shots of Frick and Frack's car a crew member's reflection (looks like their hand) is visible on the window's chrome trim, on the right side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford is released the first time, he's determined to find out why his name is in Sorvino's phone book. When he and Rocky stop at the phone booth, the reflection of the boom operator holding the boom pole (low to the ground) can be seen on the glass. (00:17:20)

Return to the 38th Parallel - S3-E9

Continuity mistake: While Rockford is staking out Stabila's house, in a closeup he jots down Nejman's license plate number, then Rockford places his notebook aside. In this closeup note the Chevrolet Impala emblem at the steering wheel center (looks like the 1968 Impala version), though Rockford drives a 1976 Pontiac Firebird Esprit with a different steering wheel.
