The Ann Who Came to Dinner - S11-E13
Continuity mistake: In the doctors office, the doctor wheels Ann out and leaves the X-Ray he just put up of her leg. Later in the scene after Martin and Frasier have their conversation, Ann comes back into the room on crutches. When she does, the X-ray that was on the board has disappeared and never returns through the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: As the New Main Street Singers are performing their second song at the show, you can see Parker Posey pretend to use her guitar as a shotgun. The strap for the guitar drops from her shoulder down to her right forearm when she does this. When the shot changes the strap is back up over her shoulder. (01:01:40)

Continuity mistake: Whilst Walt and Bob are cooking at the beginning of the film, there is a large bandage on Bob's forehead. Just after chopping up the mushrooms the bandage disappears, the next time we see them it is back on. (00:03:05)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode when Ray Galardi is meeting with Steve Marriot the amount of sun between shots constantly changes between shots. One moment that is very noticeable is a shot of just Ray with the hill in the background and a lot of shade. After showing Steve it goes back to Ray and the sun is now very bright.

Continuity mistake: After Homer falls asleep at the wheel the truck starts to turn the corner. As its going around the bend you can see a white line on the road. The following shot the line has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: Just after Dale, Nancy and Peggy get past the police blockade in the news van there is an overhead shot of the van and you can see Dale doesn't have his fake moustache on anymore. The next shot he is taking off the fake moustache.

Continuity mistake: The stocks that are put on Marge and Homer are fitted so that their head and hands are secured and cannot be removed. Whilst in Flanders garage and Homer is using the rotary saw to remove Marge's stock, Homer's stock is still secured on him but his arms and shoulders are through the stocks.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Stottlemeyer is smoking an cigar, the size of the cigar and the position of how he is holding it keeps changing from shot to shot.

Continuity mistake: Whilst Monk is talking with Natalie and Julie about halfway through the episode, Natalie asks Monk whether he helped Julie to find somewhere to go to the bathroom. When Julie says she has managed to hold on Monk says, "isn't she a trooper?" and is pointing his finger at her and then lowers his hand. In the next shot showing Natalie and Julie, he is still pointing at them. (00:21:55)

Other mistake: When Stottlemeyer is about to eat his cake he is looking at Monk. Shortly before he starts to pick up a piece of cake you can see he is pretending to chew a piece in his mouth. Throughout the scene you can see Stottlemeyer's face and the cake. At no point before he pretends to chew does he put a piece in his mouth.

Bender Gets Made (a.k.a. Bendfellas) - S2-E17
Continuity mistake: As Bender goes up to the Oilade stand there are four full glasses on the table and a large jar next to them. Bender drinks one of the glasses of oil and puts it down. He picks up another glass leaving two full glasses and one empty one on the table. The following shot there are now three full glasses. After this there are still three full glasses but the glasses have moved to the other side of the stand. The next shot the jar of oil disappears. (00:10:45)

Revealing mistake: There is a large cut on the glass window prior to Liotta smashing it, to make it easier to break. The scratch was not there in the previous shots of them leaving the car. (01:03:05 - 01:28:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Nick is seen again after Elvin has beaten him up, Nick smashes the window of a car to get to the radio and gun. As he is opening the door of the car you can see in the sideview mirror the legs of about 4-5 crew members. (01:29:00)

Audio problem: Just as the two criminals who robbed Max are walking away, Vincent asks them if that is his briefcase. The guy with the long hair replies, "Yeah it is. Why you want it back?" but his mouth doesn't match what he is saying. It appears he is saying something closer to, "Put up your f**king hands." (00:35:15)

Continuity mistake: As Beavis and Butt-head are dancing in the casino the floor is just flat and one surface. In the overhead shot of them dancing you can see part of the floor has changed to an tiled area instead of a plain flat surface. Also there are a number of people sitting at tables just in front of them whilst dancing. In the overhead shot they and the tables have disappeared. (00:21:30)

Continuity mistake: As the popular kids are speeding past the school security guard, notice the last car a black pick up truck. There are six kids in the back of the truck. In the very next shot you can see there are only two kids in the back. Although one of the kids was crouched in front of the kids that were standing up and might have been obscured from view, the other three were sitting in plain view and have disappeared. (00:08:55)

Continuity mistake: As Klitz and Matthew are running away from Mule, you can see Mule turning the corner and knocks a guy in a red shirt over. The next shot when it shows Klitz and Matthew again Mule has disappeared and everyone behind them have gone from trying to get out of Mule's way to walking along like nothing is happening. (00:55:50)

Trivia: In the director's commentary, Luke Greenfield revealed that during the scene where Emile Hirsch is getting a lap dance in the strip club (the scene might have been removed in the theatrical version) they had to put about 4 pillows between Emile Hirsch and the stripper. This was due to the fact that Emile Hirsch was only 17 when the film was made and under child pornography laws he could not have a naked woman touch his body. (00:42:40)

Continuity mistake: After Kirk (Milhouse's dad) drives away from the stadium, Bart and Homer are walking along and you can see the Drink Duff sign right next to the edge of the fence. The next shot of Homer noticing the sign, the sign is further away from the edge of the fence and is smaller.
