Continuity mistake: When Clair knocks Deuce into the blinds, the middle blind comes down as soon as he hits it. In a few shots of Deuce trying to get up, you can see the blind is now back up. In other shots the blind is gone. This couldn't have been a different blind as there were only 3 different blinds and when Deuce is trying to get up, you can see the two left blinds.

Continuity mistake: Just before Peter enters the tunnel in his new car, the white line in the middle of the road is blotchy and not continuous. When the shot changes to Peter's POV, the line has completely disappeared. The next shot which shows the car side on, there is now a straight white line on the road. (00:14:20)

Continuity mistake: As Kirby is showing Roz his prom pictures, she sees the picture with his hand on her behind. In the scene her hair on her right changes position in the following shots from on her chest, to slightly behind her shoulder, to completely behind her shoulder.

Mr. Monk and the Red Herring - S3-E10

Continuity mistake: When Natalie puts out the fire with the extinguisher, the nozzle is still pushed down when she uses it, but when she puts it on the table, in the next shot the nozzle is fully extended. There are a number of times during the scene, when Monk is trying to figure out how to use it, where the nozzle's position keeps changing between shots.

Continuity mistake: Whilst Chalmers notices the Honda symbol missing from his car, there are four holes in the corners of the leftover symbol. There is a screw in one of the holes indicating the symbol would have holes in its corners to hold it down. Later when Skinner finds the Honda symbol in Nelson's locker you can see there are no holes in the symbol.

Continuity mistake: As Homer is walking out of the Kwik-E-Mart, after Apu refuses him the donut, he has nothing in his hands. In the next shot from outside the store we see him carrying a small paper bag.

Continuity mistake: During the scene where the calligraphy students continue their work and the arrows are continuing to shower through the classroom, there is a wide shot of the classroom and a number of arrows are hitting the students and landing near them. Shortly after this there is a shot taken from the same angle but a number of differences. The position of a number of arrows have changed (with some disappearing) but you can also see an arrow in one of the students backs has disappeared. Another arrow has landed in a bowl that was knocked over before and is now standing upright. One of the dead students the arrow in her head has disappeared and her head has moved between shots. Continuity mistake: Whilst Jimmy is choking Morrie in the wig store the phone suddenly rings and the shot changes. Between shots the way Morrie is standing has all of a sudden changed. Instead of leaning back, he is bent forward. The way he is holding the phone whilst being choked changes as well. (00:38:30)

Continuity mistake: After Henry beats up Karen's neighbour with his pistol, he puts the gun in Karen's hand. In the close up the gun is resting in her palm, but in wide shots of Karen and Henry she is holding the gun more by its barrel. (00:40:50)

Continuity mistake: While Henry and Jimmy are beating up the guy in the car, Henry is holding a gun up to the guy's face. A few times during the scene, it changes back and forth from the gun pressed right up against his face to the gun a little away from his face. (01:17:50)

Continuity mistake: When Paulie is first introduced the long shot shows him holding his cigar next to his waist. The shot changes to a close up, and he is now holding the cigar up near his chest. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: Before meeting Willie Nelson on his tour bus, Monk is outside the radio station. When a car comes past the shot shows from inside the car and we see Monk putting his right hand up to his forehead and touching it. In the next shot his hand is now further down his face and is not touching it anymore.

Mary Christmas - S8-E8

Continuity mistake: Throughout the Christmas parade we can see that the headphone/microphone is on the left side of Frasier's head. During the first break just after one of the crew members is telling Mary that her improv is really good he tells Frasier to lighten up. Just after he says this you can see that the headphone/microphone is now on the right side of Frasier.

Visible crew/equipment: When the armored car is being robbed, the camera pans to the left just before Highsmith is about to kill the driver. During this pan, the reflection of the cameraman is visible on the side of the armored car.

Continuity mistake: Whilst Monk is being introduced to the long standing winner on the show a stagehand is adjusting the microphone on his jacket with both hands. As he says "Are you almost done?" the shot changes and the stagehand is just using his left arm to adjust it. The stagehand then pulls his arm away but the next shot he is adjusting the mic again and using both hands to do it. It keeps changing throughout the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: Just after Liz and Shaun have come out of the cellar, the shot zooms out and you can see a few people behind them trying to get into the pub. In the following shot the number of people trying to get in has increased. (01:26:25)

Continuity mistake: As David is trying all the switches on the fuse box, he flicks a few off and you can see about a half of dozen of them flicked up. In the following shot only one switch is flicked up. (01:09:25)

Continuity mistake: As Marge arrives home and sees the bullet holes in the door, the shot changes to a POV shot from behind the door and you can see there are some changes in the holes. The first change is there are three bullet holes on the right hand side which are all the same distance from each other, when she enters the middle hole has moved closer to the bottom one. The other change is the large hole in the middle of the door. On the bottom right hand side its shape goes from being a little irregular to a more round shape. (00:16:20)

Continuity mistake: When Marge comes home after the bogeyman incident, Homer trips over a footrest. You can see Bart sitting there however his pyjama's are a dark green color when before they were a bright green color. (00:16:35)
