Trivia: When Bulldog calls up Frasier and asks him if he can sing a bit, Frasier stars singing the Gilbert and Sullivan song "Three Little Maids from School" which of course leads to great embarrassment. In the episode "Cape Fear" from The Simpsons, Kelsey Grammar guest stars as Sideshow Bob and also has bad luck with Gilbert and Sullivan music. Bob gets badly injured after the family sings the Three Little Maids song. Later he is asked to sing the score from the HMS Pinafore and it foils his plan.
Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the film when the Yankees are trying to close out Game 6 of the World Series you can tell the "real" footage they use is not from the World Series. Revealing mistake: When Franklin leaps out of the helicopter into the water, there is a shot from above that we see he is about to hit the water. To the left of him in the water you can see the water being split by a helicopter close to the water. The waves wouldn't have been created from the helicopter he just jumped out of because, a)The helicopter was too high up to make that sort of marking in the water and b)The waves are being made to the left of the helicopter. If it was the helicopter Franklin jumped from the markings on the water would have be directly below him or below the helicopter.

You can also see that her facial expression has changed between shots going from her eyebrows and mouth being clenched to being relaxed.(01:32:35)
Continuity mistake: When Mark tells Tim his little speech in Klingon, you can see the smoke from his cigarette rising up but cannot see the cigarette. Trivia: In one scene Paul is listening to the radio and a broadcast of the debate about whether what was happening in Rwanda was considered genocide. During the conflict there was a news conference that was very similar to the one on the radio. One of the reasons that the US and UN would not label (or appear to label) the situation as genocide was that under legal obligations they would have had to act to prevent and punish the perpetrators if they said what was happening in Rwanda was genocide.
Trivia: Episode 19, "Sects." This is based on the true story of Ricky Rodriguez and the start of the episode is almost identical to his final hours. Rodriguez was the son of "Children of God" cult leader Karen Zerby. He decided to exact revenge on his mother for the years of abuse he suffered in the cult as a child. Rodriquez tried to locate his mother through a member of the group and subsequently stabbed her to death. Shortly after murdering the woman, Rodriguez shot himself.

Later in the scene after Martin and Frasier have their conversation, Ann comes back into the room on crutches. When she does, the X-ray that was on the board has disappeared and never returns through the rest of the scene.
