Corrected entry: During the "greenhouse" scene Dr. Hineman explains to Anderton how the Pre-Cogs came about from the children of drug abusing mothers using these words, "This was 10 years ago when neuroin first hit the streets...All of these kids were born with severe brain damage. Most died before the age of 12." If this only happened "10 years ago" how does she know they died "before the age of 12" and, more importantly for the film, how is it that Agatha and the twins are older than 10? (From the European DVD version, scene 10, with the English "Hard of Hearing" subtitles on for clarity.)

Smallville (2001)
Corrected entry: Earlier in the episode Lana is looking through Adam's journal which contains entries through at least the end of January. However, when Clark is taking Alicia home after their date, there are Christmas lights up due to filming during the holidays.
Correction: Some people don't take their decorations down right away. I have neighbors whom leave theirs up until February.

Smallville (2001)
Corrected entry: After Clark speeds past Pete, Clark stops in front of Pete's car causing Pete to slam on his brakes. After they argue about why Pete is street racing Pete gets in the car and leaves but there are no skid marks on the road from him slamming on his brakes.
Correction: Skid marks don't happen all the time.

Smallville (2001)
Corrected entry: When the students become wax their eyes move indicating that they are aware of their surroundings. However, that would mean the Chloe and Lana would have to be unconscious when they were turned into wax and taken from the school, to the fake school, without knowing what had happened.
Correction: They would only be able to see if their eyes were open at the moment that they were frozen. Since we don't see these moments, there's no way to tell.

Smallville (2001)
Corrected entry: Clark is supposed to hide his powers from everyone. When the other swimmer in the final race starts to drown Clark uses his super speed to get him off of the bottom of the pool. Everyone who was in the pool area had their eyes on the drowning kid so somebody should have seen Clark just appear at his side.
Correction: People would care more about him getting saved than who was saving him, so, no, they wouldn't have noticed Clark. He likely went slow enough as to not draw too much attention, yet of course still fast enough to save the one drowning.
The mistake is valid. Chrissy brings everyone's attention to Troy struggling in the water so people are stand at the edge of the pool looking into it before Clark reacts. Clark then uses his super speed to get to Troy on the bottom in an instant. People watching would have seen Clark move like a blur and then appear at Troy's side. When he brings him up, he moves at normal human speed.

Correction: Lionel's company is LutherCorp. Lex's company is LexCorp.

Hot Shots Part Deux (1993)
Corrected entry: When Topper scales Saddam's palace wall and swings over, part of an unidentifiable piece of equipment can briefly be seen at the top of the screen.
Correction: Having just watched the scene in question, I can see no such object. The only thing that vaguely resembles what you describe is a tree in the upper left corner in the last few frames of the shot.

Kick-Ass (2010)
Corrected entry: When hit-girl is pinned down late in the film by the few remaining men and is out of ammo, she never uses the grenades strapped to her. Assuming they were any kind of functional grenade, i.e. a flash, smoke, or frag, she could have used them to, at the very least, cause a distraction well before the guy goes to get the bazooka.
Correction: There are two reasons to explain that. The first reason is that she simply didn't think of it. The second reason is that she did think about it, but could not see how it would help in that situation.

Surrogates (2009)
Corrected entry: In the middle of the film Bobby shows Peters that he is able to disconnect the operators from their surrogates causing the surrogates to instantaneously freeze in their movement. At the end of the film Bobby and Greer disconnect all Operators from their surrogates before the virus destroys them. This time the surrogates move on and can further be directed by their operators.
Correction: What is done at the end of the film is not the same action that was done during that attack on a woman. They stopped the humans from receiving the same signal that the surrogates would receive. They didn't stop operating them, else Peters' surrogate body would have done the same thing. They just severed the link for the data stream (that would disable the surrogates and kill humans) so that it only affected the surrogates.

Sliders (1995)
Corrected entry: As there are ten seconds left until the slide, the timer starts beeping. The beeping gets faster as the time counts down but it's one of the only times the timer beeps to signify that the Sliders' time is up.
Correction: Quinn says a few times throughout the show that he's always making adjustments to the timer. Obviously, that was one of them. Just because we don't see him fiddling with it doesn't mean that he doesn't, especially after what he said.

Sliders (1995)
Corrected entry: After Arturo's campaign video, there's "Paid for by the committee to elect Maximillian Arturo for Mayor", but the narrator says something like "Paid for by the Arturo committee". (00:27:10)
Correction: You get the same message, it's not necessary to have all of the exact same words. This happens plenty of times in real life, as well.

Sliders (1995)
Corrected entry: In the episode where the Sliders go to the world where Quinn sees himself as a child attending his father's funeral, Quinn helps his young self deal with bullies. Quinn repeatedly mentions it was all happening exactly the way it did on Earth Prime. The flaw here is that in the series premiere episode, they showed a picture of Quinn, his mom and dad. Quinn was a teenager in that picture, not a kid. Therefore the events in the alternate world could not be happening the exact same way. And we know his mother never remarried and the man in the picture could not have been a stepfather because throughout the whole series they repeatedly show Quinn's father and he is the very same person in the picture.
Correction: The odds of everything happening the EXACT same way is too thin for it to actually happen. Just like the first world that he Slid into, it was just a VERY similar world, although not exactly the same. It's the same case here, Quinn was just wrong in his assumption.
You're missing the major point. The picture with Quinn and his parents in the pilot shows he was older than 11 at the time. But in "The Guardian" we learn Quinn's father died when he was 11, which he remembers, that's not Quinn being wrong in his assumption. The days of the bullying occurred on the exact days he remembered because the events were the same, which is why he was able to be there at the right time. Even his dog running away was the same.

Heroes (2006)
Corrected entry: Peter absorbs René "The Haitian"'s abilities (erase memory and neutralize abilities). But, shouldn't Peter's ability (to absorb abilities) be neutralized around René, therefore making him unable to absorb his abilities?
Correction: The Haitian's powers are not always active. It's a manual power, meaning that the user has to consciously use it.

Jumanji (1995)
Corrected entry: After the stampede, the house was left with many huge holes, then later after the rain stops the house doesn't empty until Carl kicks in the front door.
Correction: The things that come out of the game stay until the game is over. The plants that had come out had continued to grow and blocked the holes.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)
Corrected entry: Near the end, when the big red Transformer is vacuuming everything in its sight, Leo and Agent Simmons are hiding behind a van. The van gets sucked right in and so do a lot of other heavy objects, yet they manage to run away. It is physically impossible to run away from something powerful enough to vacuum houses and cars.
Correction: The less mass something has (disregarding weight), the harder it is to be sucked up like that, depending on the machine that is vacuuming.

The Running Man (1987)
Corrected entry: In the scene before Richards is sent down the tube, he says "Killian". When Killian comes in to hear, he lowers the microphone. Then when they cut to Richards to say "I'll be back", the shot back to Killian has him having the microphone up near his mouth again.
Correction: There is enough time between the shots for him to move it.

Final Destination 2 (2003)
Corrected entry: When all of the characters are driving in the car, discussing how they had something to do with the survivors of Flight 180s' deaths, Eugene says that the teacher he replaced was killed by a kid who came in to school with a knife and stabbed her. Then, not even two minutes later, he says that she wasn't killed by being stabbed, but reveals that it was Miss Lewton, and did in fact die in the explosion in her house, and not by being stabbed by a kid at school.
Correction: No, the teacher that was stabbed and killed by the student was at his original school. He left two days before that event to replace the already dead teacher from the first film.

The Proposal (2009)
Corrected entry: When Margaret and Andrew are sleeping in the same room for the first time, on their first night in Alaska, while Margaret is in the bathroom Andrew makes his bed on the floor parallel to the bed in the room. Margaret comes out of the bathroom and runs around his head. In an aerial view of the room, Andrew is now lying with his body perpendicular to the bed.
Correction: The floorsheet is always perpendicular to the bed.

Dumb and Dumber (1994)
Corrected entry: When Lloyd attempts to pick up the Austrian woman at the bus stop, there are two extras standing against a wall behind her. As the camera returns from Lloyd to her a second later, the two men have disappeared. (00:01:05)
Correction: It's about four seconds between the shots, which is more than enough time for them to have left the camera's view.

Correction: If she said "This was 10 years ago when neuroin first hit the streets..." that simply means that it became easily obtainable at that time. It could have been around much longer than that, although it may not have been as easy to find from drug dealers.
