Corrected entry: Krabby evolves into Kingler during the match, and is somehow able to use Hyper Beam. Krabby can't learn Hyper Beam, and Kingler can only learn it via a Technical Machine.

Dumb and Dumber (1994)
Corrected entry: When Harry throws the saltshaker, you can see it almost hit Seabass in the window's reflection, but it doesn't actually touch him, despite the sound effect.
Correction: You can't see literally anything in the reflection except the saltshaker flying somewhere for a couple of frames. It's impossible to say whether it hit somebody there or not.

Pokemon (1998)
Corrected entry: When Meowth comments that Victreebel's Sleep Powder works well, James closes his eyes, tilts his head up, and says "Yes, we're a knockout combination." As he says this, his nose inexplicably grows to about ten times its normal length, but goes back to normal after he says the line.
Correction: It's pretty obvious that this was done on purpose for comedic effect (growing noses are usually an homage to "Pinocchio"), and thus is not really a mistake. Remember, this is a hand-drawn show, so it's not like the animators would simply overlook a very noticeable detail like this.

Spin City (1996)
Corrected entry: When Dierdre first proposes a game of strip chess to Carter to prove to him that she's smarter, he denies, and says, "If it makes you feel better, by all means, believe you're smarter than me." Dierdre attempts to correct him by saying, "Smarter than I." which frustrates him into agreeing to play. But Carter got the usage right in the first place. (00:10:10)
Correction: While both "than I" or "than me" are used, in this case Carter was wrong and Dierdre's correction is correct. "than I" is used when there are 2 subjects and the "am" is implied. "than me" is only used when there is a subject and an object. In Carter's sentence both "you" and "I" are subjects (smarter than I am.) "Me" is an object pronoun and is often used in informal speaking to sound more natural, but is still not grammatically correct.

Wishmaster (1997)
Corrected entry: The Djinn grants two wishes to Alex's boss: One for making the item on his desk "100 times more valuable", then granting him $1 million by having his mother die in a plane crash. He is only able to grant one wish to a person (save for the one who releases him from the Opal). The Djinn directly states that he can't grant more than one wish to a single person in the second film, when the Russian asks him for a second wish.
Correction: At first glance, that would be correct. However, look a little more closely. Earlier in the film, he seems to grant two wishes to the sales girl and the security guard. In all cases, including with Alex's boss, he asks them to tell them what they wanted but in all three cases, it wasn't what they desired, but more something along the lines of what they needed to do in the course of their work. Each time it was merely a demonstration of his power (asking the sales girl if she preferred cash for a purchase, telling the security guard to ask him for something, and Alex's boss if he wanted something to be more valuable and then granting those wishes) in order to tempt them to make a wish that was much more personal to them (sales girl stating to always be beautiful, to see him go through the security guard, and a million dollars for Alex's boss). For example, he tricked the scientist, the bum, the detective, the doctor, the bouncer at Beaumont's party, Beaumont, and Wendy each into making a personal wish without having to demonstrate his power first. The wish he had to grant was a personal desire of the wisher's own free will and not something they were directed into making when it wasn't something personal.

Pokemon (1998)
Corrected entry: Ash suddenly has a Charmander, but his original Charmander evolved all the way to Charizard a long time ago, and we never see him get another Charmander. He couldn't have gotten another one, as we see each and every single pokemon that he catches within the show. Even in the Japanese-only episodes, he catches a bunch of Tauros, which Oak mentions when he returns to the lab.
Correction: That was a banned episode, which was before Charmander evolved. Http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Snow_Way_Out.

Primeape Goes Bananas - S1-E25
Corrected entry: When Ash is talking to Professor Oak, the latter tells him that Gary has already caught 30 pokemon. But in the episode Mystery at the Lighthouse (Season 1, Episode 13), Oak said that Gary had already caught 45 pokemon.
Correction: The episode aired out of order due to controversy caused by an earlier episode. Not a mistake due to the Pokemon being correct in the order it is supposed to be in. On DVD releases, the episode is placed correctly.

Smart House (1999)
Corrected entry: The amount of time it takes PAT to produce things in the kitchen is completely unrealistic. The items show up way before they could realistically arrive on the platform once they are requested.
Correction: I've thought this too as this is certainly impossible of modern technology we have today. However, the theme of the house is it's a house of the future. Its capabilities make it amazing because nobody can understand how it's done. I think it's reasonable to assume that this house has technological advances that will only be available some time in the future; and I wouldn't be shocked if there's a point in the future where technology is so advanced that food can be produced in an instant.

The Legend of Billie Jean (1985)
Corrected entry: When Mr. Pyatt takes Billie Jean upstairs, he grabs a handful of cash. He puts down some bills and you can see four $10 bills, yet Billie Jean remarks, "Fifty dollars?" (00:16:30)
Correction: When Mr. Pyatt lays down the money, two $10's are stuck together/on top of each other. Look at the bottom/edge of the money. You can see the four tens & under one of them you can see the edge of the fifth one.

How I Met Your Mother (2005)
Corrected entry: When the gang is thinking about baby names, Esther is brought up. We then see Marshall and Barney at the strip club where Esther shoots out a bunch of playing cards and one sticks to Barney's forehead. He peels it off and says "That WAS my card!" But he never looked at the face of the card, so he couldn't possibly have known which card it was.

A Fistful of Paintballs - S2-E23
Corrected entry: When the group arrives at Fort Hawthorne, Starburns tells them they need to give up their weapons, and Troy dumps his in the box. Then, Pierce tells Jeff that only "Hawthorne personnel" can carry weapons inside. Troy was a deputy, so he shouldn't have given his guns up (Starburns should also likely have said something to this). Troy may act silly sometimes, but there wasn't any bit here, so it's inconsistent with his character.
Correction: While he may have been working for Pierce, it is still highly unlikely he would let any member of the study group carry a weapon inside Fort Hawthorne. He was still angry at them for excluding him and wanted revenge.

What Goes Around, Comes Around - S3-E18
Corrected entry: Even though technology could be made to remotely control a person, they'd still have to have a body tailored for certain activities. Zoe has never trained for diving, and thus her body (and presumable all of the other divers) is not used to performing those kinds of feats.
Correction: It doesn't matter what Zoe's body isn't used to, it only matters what she is capable of (so the device couldn't make Zoe fly, but could certainly make her dive).

Used Karma - S6-E13
Corrected entry: When talking about going back to vanquish the hive king, Piper says, "What if this is the demon that gets to Wyatt?" But in the previous episode, Chris came forth and said that there never was a demon that attacked Wyatt, it was Wyatt himself that became evil.
Correction: He never implied that Wyatt became evil under his own steam - something still had to influence him.

Boy Meets World (1993)
Corrected entry: When Cory's ball bounces into Feeny's yard, he climbs over it and is surprised to see Feeny when he flashes a light on him. Cory would literally have to be blind to not notice Mr. Feeny in his lawn chair.
Correction: Things like that happen in real life all the time. Especially in the dark. It's not at all unrealistic for Cory to have missed Mr. Feeny due to the fact that he wasn't looking for him. I recently walked right past a friend I was on my way to visit, purely because she wasn't where I was expecting her to be.
Feeny was sitting less than 5 feet away from where the ball landed and also would have been in Cory's field of view based on where the ball ended up and Feeny's position relative to it. The mistake is valid.
As the previous user mentioned above; ridiculous as it may appear to an audience watching, this happens a lot in real life. I myself missed my cousin who walked right past me only a foot in front of me and that was in broad daylight when I was actively looking for her. If this kind of thing happens in real life, it can easily happen with the character. Especially since it was night-time and Cory was not expecting Feeny to be there.

Smart House (1999)
Corrected entry: It's unreasonable to assume that Sarah couldn't have found that PAT's configurations had been changed. Ben had DELETED some of them even, and it would have been a red flag if he had only DISABLED them, so for Sarah to overlook this is only convenient to the plot, and something she easily should have been able to detect.
Correction: Pat had also gained a mind of her own by this point. For all we know, she covered everything Ben did so Sara couldn't change her back.

Tales of Xilia
Corrected entry: Upon reaching Nia Khera for the first time, Milla will remark about the Hollowstone, and explains that it's a place where four spirit-climes meet. But before leaving the temple, she didn't even know what a spirit-clime was, and had to have Jude explain it to her.
Correction: Millia knew what a spirit-clime was but didn't know that it was called a spirit-clime by humans (saying that to avoid spoilers), since Jude explained to her BEFORE they arrived at Nia Khera she knew that humans called them spirit-climes and used that name.

Eureka (2006)
The Ex-Files - S4-E8
Corrected entry: Carter is surprised to see Nathan in the Sheriff's office, and as well he should be, since the last time he saw him, he had dematerialized, and was, for all intents and purposes, dead. But that was in the original timeline before he and the others went back to 1947. So in this timeline, Nathan could very well still have been alive, and it's too big of a subject for it to have been discovered off-screen only.
Correction: Since they all investigated the changes in their personal lives, and Nathan was Jenna's father, they would have made sure he died and wasn't living in Eureka or somewhere else. They would have to make sure they were familiar with the circumstances of his death to ensure no one knew about the other timeline.

Men in Black 3 (2012)
Corrected entry: It doesn't make sense that Boris is so adamant that he missed Jay when he was shooting him on the platform. Literally every single time Boris shot at someone while either he or his target was moving, he missed. The only time he ever hit a target was when both he and his target were completely stationary.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
Corrected entry: When the T-1000's truck crashes in the aqueduct, it explodes, and the T-800 gets his gun ready. We see the flaming tire rolling out, the T-800 aims at it, thinking it's the T-1000, but a few seconds later realizes that it's just a tire, and puts the gun away. He has remarkable optics and should be able to see that a tire is in no way the enemy.
Correction: The T-800 knows the T-1000 can mimic anything it has touched. Until he is sure the T-1000 has not mimicked a rolling tyre to get past his defences, it is a legitimate target.

Eureka (2006)
Corrected entry: Carter seems to be frazzled by the time anomaly, and acts as though he's never dealt with a time distortion before. But back in Season 2, not only did he learn that time travel/distortion was possible, he experienced it first hand by going back in time, four years into the past to stop Henry from saving Kim.
Correction: Henry used a device to erase Carter's memory of the future, so as far as he knows he never encountered time distortions before.
