Continuity mistake: When Linda is showing the apartment to the Captain, she has her phone in her left hand and crosses her arms. Her arms stay crossed, but then in a later shot, with her arms still crossed, the phone is in her right hand.

Continuity mistake: When Monk is talking to Daniel on the radio, in the shots from inside the truck, Krystal is standing next to the open door, to Monk's left when he turns to face her. In the shots from outside the truck, Krystal is now away from the door and to Monk's right.

Continuity mistake: When Anderton and Agatha approach room "1009" (which looks like "1006"), there's a stairwell/exit to the right of the door. When Anderton bust open "1006" and goes back for Agatha, there's now a hallway to the right of "1009."

Continuity mistake: When Max and the Chief are in the plane, the banner is attached to the cable at the end where it says "IT." When they go low and Max is by the yellow truck, the banner is now attached at the opposite end, where is says "suicide." In later shots it's attached back the other way.
