Continuity mistake: When playing Monopoly, Nuclear Biff rolls double 6. In the next shot, the dice change position. You can also see a 1 showing on one of the dice indicating the top number is not a 6 (it's a 2).

Continuity mistake: At the range when the boy's gun jams, you can see tape on the bottom of the magazine. However, when John goes to clear the gun, the tape is missing.

Continuity mistake: When Harry and Lloyd fall through the ceiling, they start to walk down the hall, away from the ceiling debris, for about 20 seconds, but when the camera angle changes to their backs, they're next to the debris again.

Continuity mistake: When Frank is asleep and his temperature starts to rise after Thrax attacks the hypothalamus, he jerks in his sleep causing the half-eaten circus peanut on his pajama pocket to roll down and away. But then when he wakes up, the circus peanut is back on his pajama pocket.

Continuity mistake: When driving the taxi in the tunnel, after Seth says "faster", there's a shot of the tripmeter which reads "308.6." When Sara accelerates the car, the tripmeter reads "312.3."

Continuity mistake: When Shane is talking to her dad about going camping, when she stands up and says "I go where you wanna go..." you see a score ticker and "Oak 5 Sea 4" scrolls across. The shot changes and "Oak 5 Sea 4" scrolls across again.

Continuity mistake: When Hoskin is shot by Carter, the position of his body changes from how we see him to land to the next shot of him when Carter approaches him. At first his arm is extended and his coat lands to cover his gun. In the next shot his ark is by his side and the coat is tucked under but you don't see his gun.

Continuity mistake: When Teal'c and K'tano are fighting and K'tano says "is that the best you can do", you see Teal'c's training staff on the ground and it's already broken, even though that hasn't happened yet. When Teal'c stands up, that's when K'tano breaks his staff.

Continuity mistake: When the would-be robber takes his gun out, he places his hands on his head. But in the next shot, at least his left hand is no longer on his head. It's back up in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Darcy and Gulliver are about to kiss before being interrupted, Darcy is holding the report in her right hand. When Dan walks in, the report is in her left hand.

Continuity mistake: When Monk takes the dog to the park, they're standing on the curb by the grass when he goes to take the leash off. After he says "get ready", the shot changes and they're not by the curb anymore. They're back on in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: When Stephanie leaves Stottlemeyer's office (after he tells her to have TK call him), we see her walk out the door. When the shot changes to Monk, you can see Stephanie in the reflection on the TV walking out of the office again.

Continuity mistake: When Monk comes home (after being at Steve's house) and starts to pet the dog, the dog sits down. But in one shot she's suddenly standing and wagging her tail, but then back to sitting in the next shot.
