Continuity mistake: When The Barracuda is seen approaching the island on the jet ski, and everyone's watching her, she's standing up. In the next shot she's sitting down. She's back to standing in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: At the end when Rose is showing David the video of Kenny, only 8 seconds have played. The shot changes to Rose and David for less than 3 continuous seconds and then back to the video. However, the timer now shows 40 seconds have played.

Fidelity - S5-E16

Continuity mistake: When Marcus and Joan are watching Gephardt's video, he says he's taken lives. At this point the play bar is by his fingers. It cuts to Marcus and Joan, and we hear the video continue to play for more than 12 seconds. When it cuts back to the video, the play bar is nearly in the same position, when it should be well past his hands and near his elbow.

Continuity mistake: When Steve takes all the newspapers, he gives Denzel one and there's only 2 left that he takes. In the next shot of him walking, he's holding 4 newspapers.

Continuity mistake: When future Kes is talking to Neelix in the kitchen, when he says he's already reserved the holodeck, he's holding the smaller container. In the next shot, the smaller container is on the counter and he's holding the bigger pot.

Continuity mistake: When Sherlock puts down the meat sample in the cup, you see the toothpick tilt over to the side. In the next shot, the toothpick is straight up and down. In some shots, the meat sample in the cup are gone.

Bang Bang Shoot Chute - S5-E7

Continuity mistake: When Shinwell and Sherlock are playing chess, the captured pieces move around in various shots. For example, Shinwell takes Sherlock's knight, he places it closer to him than the pawn. In the next shot the pawn is closer to him. It changes a few more times as do the captured white pieces.

To Catch a Predator Predator - S5-E5

Continuity mistake: When Joan is sitting on the couch folding ties while Shinwell tries on a shirt, she has a folded up blue tie with white dots. When the camera cuts back to her and she's now folding a gray tie, you can see the blue tie with white dots, unfolded, lying on the clothes. Previously there was no tie there. And in the next shot of her, she once again folding the blue tie and the gray tie can't be seen.

Continuity mistake: When Seven and Naomi are playing Kadis-Kot, the pieces on the board and on the table change after Seven wins in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: When Summer is surrounded by the army and talking to the car, we see her seat has stuffing coming out of it on two spots. But shots facing her, you can see there's no stuffing coming out of her seat and it's the driver's seat that has the stuffing sticking out.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, throughout the breakfast scene, items on the table change. For example, the cereal box position and at one point Morty puts his fork down next to his plate by the edge of the table, but in some shots it's not there.

Continuity mistake: When Charlie drops his pants during the interview, he also lifts his shirt up to his chest. But in the next shot it's lower down and in the following shot all the way down as if he hadn't lifted it.

Continuity mistake: The sun's location changes when Rain and Tom are in the stalled van. After Tom shoots the truck and Rain stops the van, you see the shadow is directly under the van. When the truck is heading towards them, we see the van's long shadow across the highway, to the right of the van.

Continuity mistake: When Samantha is holding her baby while the captain talks to her, her hands are apart with her right hand under the baby. In the next shot, her right hand is on top of her left hand and not under the baby.

Continuity mistake: When Emily looks over at Wendy, Teddy, and Ron, they're huddled together and start walking away, still huddled. In the next shot, they're separated and Wendy is already a step ahead of Teddy and Ron.

No Ordinary Beginning - S1-E20

Continuity mistake: When Ben (the electricity powers guy) collapses after getting hit by his own electricity blast, he's somewhat parallel to the wall and not touching it. When Jim rushes up to him, his hand is lying up against the wall. In the next shot, he's now almost perpendicular to the wall, with his neck and shoulders lying against it. In the next shot, he's about an inch away from the wall and not touching it at all.
