Continuity mistake: When Eugene goes to sit in the broken chair, the chairs are all pretty much pushed in. Then when it cuts to him sitting, his chair is pulled out much more, without him doing anything. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: When Killian is looking through the computer for the next contestant, the last person they show is Mackenzie Spike. We see his personal info (occupation, hobbies, eye color, resident), the numbers pop up, and then it shows a completely different set of personal info (despite being the same guy with the same prisoner number).

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)
Continuity mistake: On the bridge when the Winter Soldier attacks; when Steve, Natasha, and Sam are in the car stopped, a Hummer rear ends them and starts to push the car. The first shot of the Winter Soldier shows various cars near him. Then a brief shot of Sam, and back to the Winter Soldier and the various cars have changed drastically.

Continuity mistake: When Pete and Dr. Niles are in the car discussing the project, the background keeps changing depending on the camera angle. They're suppose to be stuck in traffic, driving near a giant hillside. But in some angles there's no cars next to them and it's wide open space with no sign of the hill. And the cars around them change. (00:11:00 - 00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: When Sylvester enters his mother's house, he slides the glass door from the wall to the middle and right to left (from viewer's perspective). But when he closes it, he closes it from right to left so it closes in the middle, even though it wasn't set up that way.

Continuity mistake: When Granny tells Sylvester to stop chasing Tweety Bird, he comes to a stop and Tweety Bird keeps going and is ahead of him. But in the next shot, Tweety is now behind Sylvester (between Sylvester and Granny), however, there's not enough time for him to fly back that far (or even circle around), and we would have seen him do it.

Continuity mistake: When Clark and Kara pull up to the house on Kent Farm, they are very close to the fence, yet they have to take several steps towards it, and when they stop for the chickens, they're even further away from the fence than they parked.

Continuity mistake: During the last fight with Darkseid, there's changes to what the farm looks like. At one point, instead of the windmill there's a building, which we never saw when Clark drove past the spot. And the overturned truck is missing in a several of scenes even though it should be visible.

Superman/Batman: Public Enemies (2009)
Continuity mistake: When Lex Luthor has his battle suit on and fighting Superman and Batman, the head and neck piece change dramatically and constantly. Sometimes the piece surrounds his head, leaving plenty of room and sometimes his head sticks out over the piece. And it's not a matter of angles, because in some shots, everything being the same, the side piece remains at ear level and his head is either above or below the head piece.

Continuity mistake: When Carter goes into his daughter's room after he sees his wife on the monitor, the lights are off. In the first shot of the light switch, it's down, in the off position. In the next shot, it's in the up position, with the lights still off. In the third shot, it's back down.
Continuity mistake: When Barnaby is shot and lands on the ground, his arm is touching Mrs. Finch's door mat. When Mrs. Finch steps out of her flat, the body has moved away from the door mat (without being physically moved).

Continuity mistake: When Miles Russell is unpacking his lunch and asks about a lunch trade, the other kids scatter. The items on the table change when the camera cuts to the overhead shot. Most noticeably a soda can and snack appear in between Miles' food and the bag of Fritos, and the juice box is gone.
