Revealing mistake: As Forrester is easing up to check the Martian arm, a second Martian flyer crashes. As it does, you can tell that it is a re-use of the first one crashing, but flipped so that it's hitting left side first rather than right side first.

Revealing mistake: As Max runs through the encampment, a car is run off by the semi. After it hits the back of the car being worked on, the wire pulling the car off the supports to crush the dummy's legs is visible.

Revealing mistake: In the scenes inside the space capsule, as Roy goes through the sequence, the wires holding him up in the floating sequences, and the crackers when trying to eat, are visible.

Revealing mistake: When the thug with the blade sticking out his back is standing still, there is some kind of squared device on his back under his clothes, presumably to retract the fake blade to end the sequence.

Revealing mistake: As Hawke uses the Star Light Amplification System to see where he's flying, the readout shows what he's looking at. The electronic compass readout at the top of the display doesn't move, even though the picture shows that he's constantly twisting and turning, following the terrain.
