Trivia: Spoiler: Logan dies at the end, covered in blood and holding his daughter Laura's hand. Director James Mangold has acknowledged that this is a callback to a scene from "The Wolverine" in which Yukio, who can foresee how a person will die, said she saw a vision of Logan covered in blood and holding his heart in his hand. Laura being a metaphor for Logan's heart in this instance.

Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
Question: Why couldn't Bruce become Hulk?
Answer: Although many fans speculated it was because the Hulk fears Thanos after Thanos easily defeated him at the beginning of the film, the Russo brothers have since come out and said that it's because the Hulk feels that Banner only wants the Hulk around for helping him in fights, so his refusal to transform is a protest of sorts.
Answer: Because he doesn't like being used as a tool and he also is summoned in two places he's already destroyed: New York and Africa. Those are two places he's shown regret for the damage he's caused, which caused him to leave in the first place.
Answer: Cause Hulk is afraid of Thanos.
This is directly contradicted by the directors of the film, who have stated it's because he doesn't like that Banner only wants to use him for his strength.
While I understand that this is what the directors said, what we have in the finished product would never lead one to this conclusion. We first see Hulk fight Thanos and get completely over-matched. From then on, we only get glimpses of Hulk inside Banner, refusing to come out, and seemingly scared to do so. If they wished to convey inner strife between Banner and Hulk or anything else, that did a very poor job doing so.

Logan (2017)
Question: Why does Logan cave in to Xavier's request to stop and stay with the Munsons when he knows they are being tracked by deadly mercenaries?
Answer: Logan likely assumed that they were in the clear. The mercenaries were able to keep finding them because they were forcing Caliban to track them, but Logan thought that they had killed him. He had no idea that Caliban was still alive and was tracking them, so he guessed that they were out of their reach.
How would that account for the Reavers finding them earlier at the casino hotel, though? Wouldn't Logan have been under the assumption at that time as well that Caliban was dead?
Logan may have questioned how the Reavers found them in the casino hotel, but probably not too much to think of which methods specifically were used to find them, since he was mainly focused on getting out of the Reavers' reach. As the casino hotel was a more populated location, he likely took a gamble and guessed that the Munson household was a far safer place to lay low since the house was in a secluded location.

Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)
Other mistake: Throughout the movie, Hank's lab in its shrunken form is constantly jostled and tossed around, but when it's restored to full size in a new location, nothing is out of place and everything still works perfectly.

Suggested correction: Given that he has prepared the lab to be shrunken and mobilized at a moment's notice, he probably thought of this ahead of time and secured everything important in place.
Perhaps he could secure some things, but there's never so much as a computer monitor out of place.
It's a fair point. I agree that some things should definitely be out of place, but given the importance of what he is working on, he would take measures to ensure that the important things wouldn't become damaged and inoperative when the lab is being moved around. We see on at least one occasion that he has ants roaming the lab, so it's possible he trained them to ensure that the Quantum Gate and any device essential to its operation are protected at all times.
In a world in which a man becomes the size of an ant, I guess any correction could be invalidated. I this case, there are any number of reasons why everything, down to paper and pens, never moves. Maybe the ants pick them all up. Maybe gravity works differently when shrunk. This means that basically any movie that uses magic or magic type technology would never have a valid mistake.

Doctor Strange (2016)
Corrected entry: Why didn't Kaecilius steal the infinity stone at the beginning of the movie? He was a student at Kamatage for a long time. He should know how powerful it is and where to find it. I mean would be easy to take it, because the stone isn't secured at all. It is just lying around on a platform in another room.
Correction: Obtaining the Time Stone is not his goal, and much like Baron Mordo, he's probably well aware of how destructive the Time Stone can be if its power is abused.
Not a very good correction. Kaecilius' goal is to obtain as much power as he can gets. Just stealing a side of a book compared to the powers of a Time Stone is very modest for a villain. The detail that the Time Stone is dangerous wouldn't be problem for him at all. Destruction is his business for his master Dormammu.
Kaecilius' ultimate goal is to live forever, which he hopes to achieve by becoming a follower of Dormmamu and living in the Dark Dimension. The Time Stone could grant him the same wish, but it would require him to live in a continuous loop or to perpetually oscillate time back and forth. Choosing Dormmamu is simply a more practical solution for him.

Blue Streak (1999)
Corrected entry: Since ML's partner was shot and killed during the commission of a felony, he would have been charged with felony murder and gotten a lot more than 2 years in prison.
Correction: Eddie is murdered by Deacon and given that Deacon betrayed the group, Miles could have testified in court about any of Deacon's previous criminal activities that he was privy to in exchange for immunity to Eddie's murder and/or a reduced sentence.
Since none of that is actually stated in the movie you're just making it up.
Miles was never charged with felony murder in the movie either, you are making that up too! You stated what you believed to be a mistake, and Phaneron gave, within the context of the movie universe, an explanation as to why your alleged mistake was incorrect.
We as viewers are allowed to speculate as to what happens in movies off-screen in order to fill in gaps in the narrative. Obviously Miles would have had a trial prior to his sentencing, but the trial itself would have been neither essential to the plot or interesting to watch, and since Miles is released after two years, it's fair to assume he struck some kind of deal.
We can speculate all we want. Doesn't make it canon.

Iron Man (2008)
Question: How did Stane's guards round up the ten rings? They didn't appear to have any weapons when they arrived, and the ten rings appeared to outnumber them.
Answer: Given that Stane was carrying (and used) the small, easily-concealed paralysis device, it may be assumed that his entourage were carrying (and using) the devices, also. They simply paralyzed the 10 Rings guards.
The Ten Rings members were shown kneeling with their hands on their heads, though. They wouldn't be able to do that if they had been paralyzed.
That doesn't negate the probability that Stane's entourage used the paralysis device on a few guards to demonstrate the effect, whereupon the other toady guards simply surrendered.

X-Men: First Class (2011)
Corrected entry: In First Class, Professor X is made handicapped in 1962 at the end of the movie. In the previous X-men movie, he was walking when he visited the girl (Jean) in the mid 70s with Magneto.
Correction: In the next sequel, "Days of Future Past", it is established that there is at least one method by which Charles Xavier can temporarily regain his ability to walk to short periods of time. It is very possible that he was using one of these methods while visiting the young Jean.
Correction: It was also stated that Xavier cannot use his telepathic powers when using the serum, but does when they are talking to Jean. He catches her reading his and even Magneto's mind and especially the latter wasn't just a wild guess. It is very unlikely that he used the serum at this point in time since he has turned his back on it after the events shown in DoFP.
In Days of Future Past, it is never explicitly stated the serum stops Xavier's powers, instead, McCoy explains after Logan questions the actions of the professor that he "designed a serum to treat his spine" derived from his designed to control his 'Beast'. He goes on to say Charles takes "too much." It is possible that after Days of Future Past, Xavier could have pulled back a little, taking just enough to help him walk but not block his mutation.
"The Last Stand" takes place in a different timeline than "Days of Future Past" though. It's possible that in the original timeline, Xavier later used an improved serum that granted him the ability to walk while still retaining his powers, but then stopped using eventually due to it becoming ineffective, harmful to his body or out of concerns of becoming addicted to it.

General questions
I caught the tail end of a presumably made-for-television movie some time in the early to mid 90s. It featured a man who had himself altered to look exactly like another man whose life and family he wanted. The two ended up fighting with one of them falling to his death. We are led to believe the evil man died, but it is shortly thereafter revealed that he was the one who survived when he is shown shuffling a coin on his knuckles, which my brother told me is something he was shown doing earlier in the movie. Does anyone have any idea what the title of this movie is?
Chosen answer: I believe this is the 1994 TV movie 'Natural Selection' starring C. Thomas Howell.

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
Corrected entry: At the start of the film we jump forward 8 years to present day but the attack in the first Avengers film was only 4 years prior to Captain America Civil War, where Spider Man first appeared at the airport. Spiderman Homecoming is set a few months after that.
Correction: No specific dates are given regarding the first Avengers film, but using scenes and dialogue from other films, we can deduce that it took place earlier than 2012. "Iron Man" was filmed in 2007 and released in 2008, so we can assume it takes place in one of those years. "Iron Man 2" is said to take place 6 months after the end of the first film, with "Thor" and "The Incredible Hulk" taking place around the same time. In "The Avengers" Nick Fury makes reference to Thor and Loki having come to Earth a year prior, which means that "The Avengers" takes place most likely in the summer of 2009 or 2010. So if this film takes place in 2017 or 2018, then the eight-year jump fits within the timeline. It is admittedly confusing, but it checks out.
So I watched all the MCU movies leading up to "Avengers: Infinity War" and there are references to the first "Avengers" film taking place in 2012, notably in "Iron Man 3" with Killian stating that Tony Stark spurned him 13 years earlier on New Years Eve in 1999. Apparently one of the Russo brothers have also stated that the "8 years later" thing is incorrect.

Suggested correction: While this is true, it's important to remember that later in the lab (the parasite removal scene) Yukio specifically says "I saw you die in a room like this with your heart in your hand."
A minor discrepancy in Yukio's vision doesn't invalidate what the director of both films himself considers to be an important point in the narrative.
