The mistake is saying that the tank column was travelling through an open field. It wouldn't matter if Tiger 131 hit the lead or rear tank in the column as they could manoeuvre around the disabled tank. A somewhat valid point.
You missed the point of the correction. Is it shown in the movie that they specifically targeted the first tank?

This correction is too much of a stretch. It would make no sense for him to take off the belt and throw it to the ground in the first place. He was alone at that point, so he wasn't doing it to impress anyone and he's been in this position before.

The severity of his phobia would not be minimized by lack of sleep.
Sheldon's mind is distracted by the problem he is trying to solve. He grabs other people's food, he allows Raj to touch his food, he handles dirty cutlery at the cheesecake factory, All characteristics that would be present if he was acting normally. The fact that he is in the ball pit is simply an extension.
Severe sleep deprivation could certainly affect how Sheldon reacts to phobias. The brain requires sleep to function and with a severe lack of sleep, the brain is no longer able to send the signals that alert Sheldon to his fear of germs.

Correction: Carphones have existed for many years, certainly around the time period referenced here. They were prevalent by the 80s. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Car_phone.
Correction: Breaking Bad takes place between 2008 and 2010, so if we go back 16 years, that would place the flashback around 1992. Aside from the other correction mentioning car phones, cell phones did indeed exist in 1992.

Answer: This sounds like the 13th episode of season 4 titled Food Fight. Spencer's girlfriend gets Doug to taste her food much to Carrie's annoyance. Leading him to hide food from her.
It's actually the episode "Cowardly Lyin'." When Carrie asks Doug to tell her some things that he normally lies about, Doug says that he sometimes eats a "pre-dinner" burger.
That is true, there is also the episode Food Fight, where Douglas still hides food he is eating from Carrie.

The Terminator (1984)
Question: How exactly do both the Terminator and Kyle find addresses? We are led to believe that is the reason for the phone books, but none of the addresses in the phone books match up to the addresses where either the first Sarah is killed, nor the apartment of our Sarah.
Answer: My two cents: The T-800 Terminator does indeed, rip out the page of a phonebook for the address, but remember, he was looking for any and all Sarah Connors, not a specific address. He did not know which Sarah would give birth to John Connor, so by process of elimination he began terminating any woman with the name Sarah Connor. He did plug the first Sarah Connor (a housewife), then went to kill the other Sarah Connors in the phone book.
I already gave that answer, but apparently that's not what the question is asking.
Answer: Gonna be totally honest... that might just be nothing more than a simple continuity error. They accidentally made a phonebook prop that didn't match up with the locations where they shot, and assumed most people wouldn't notice or care. (And to be even more honest, I never noticed it until I saw this question today.)
Answer: Both the T-800 and Kyle look up Sarah's address in the phonebook and it's Kyle who rips out a page. Neither uses a police computer; that's the T-1000 in Terminator 2.
But that doesn't answer the question (and it's already been mentioned) since the information in the phonebook appears wrong.
Answer: Kyle, as we are shown, uses a police computer to find the addresses. The T800 just uses the phonebook as you mentioned. He rips the page out and takes it with him.
Except 2 of the addresses in the phone book don't match. So how does the Terminator find them using the phonebook?
The Terminator is just blindly killing everyone in the phone book whose name is Sarah Connor (apparently a common name). Process of elimination. So, the day he arrives, unrelated women named Sarah Connor start dropping like flies, and the police believe it's the work of a serial killer. Our heroine Sarah Connor barely escapes this sweeping extermination by sheer luck and Kyle's intervention.
You just described the plot. Were you trying to answer the question? Because the question still stands. (As it is, it's either a mistake or plot hole in the film).
Perhaps I'm not getting the question. What is meant by "none of the addresses in the phone books match up"? Match up to what, the murder scene addresses? I wasn't aware that the murder scene addresses were prominently displayed.
Exactly. The addresses seen don't match. Specifically the first Sarah Connor's house number is "14239", but in the phonebook it is listed as "1823." And the real Sarah Connor lives in an apartment but the phonebook doesn't list an apartment number.
Perhaps though this all doesn't matter because phone books can quickly become outdated, the phone book he found could be over a year old. Someone moves but can still be listed in the phone book with their old address. He could have gone to the addresses but found someone else living there and then asked where the previous owner might be, and he was told (or he forced them). This might be how he found all the Sarah Connors.
Are any of the Sarah's listed as living at 1823? I've not got access to the film right now to check.
The first is listed as "1823." The second is "2816." The 3rd is "309." Although after reviewing the scene and thinking about it, for "309" (which is supposedly our Sarah J Connor), the full address isn't actually seen and the apartment number could have been listed.
Reese never uses a police computer; that's the T-1000 in Terminator 2. He rips out the page from the phonebook. The T800 also uses the phonebook but is never shown ripping out a page.

Factual error: In the hedgerow battle, the Fury tank platoon face off with a German MG 42 machine gun and two 7.5 cm Pak 40 anti-tank gun. Each of these guns opens fire only after the previous one gets knocked out. Suggested correction: By the time the movie takes place (mid to late April 1945) the German army was mostly inexperienced troops with an incredibly small nucleus of veterans. Though the tactical use of weapon systems you mention is correct, I doubt most of the formations still putting up a fight in Germany proper would have had the knowledge/ability to carry it out.
With low experience I would expect the soldiers to open fire too soon and with no communication between guns to create the "talking gun" effect. The fact that the two guns opened fire separate of each other makes very little tactical sense regardless of skill or experience.

Character mistake: About halfway through the episode, we see Billy, Zack and Kimberly are frozen because of Shell-shock. Towards the end when Jason and Tommy are in the Zords fighting Shell-shock, the Yellow Ranger comes running with the flowers that unfreeze the Rangers and Zords. The Yellow Ranger yells "Jason, Billy, I have the Diandra flower!" She should have yelled Tommy's name instead of Billy since we know Billy is frozen and that Tommy is the one helping Jason fight Shell-shock.

Zordon created the zord. I'm pretty sure he can summon and operate it without a power coin.
Zordon was disabled by brainwashed Tommy, so he couldn't have summoned it at this point.
No, the command centre is able to remotely control the zords.

Question: At the end when Dr. Gordon cuts his foot off, he tells Adam he'll go and get help when he escapes. So wouldn't Adam be able to escape as well once Dr. Gordon gets help? Or would Jigsaw catch up with Dr. Gordon and kill him?
Answer: Dr. Gordon is in Saw 7. Adam is killed by Amanda Young.
I also want to know why Dr Gordon never sent help back for Adam. They were fellow sufferers and even though Dr Gordon joined with jigsaw, he could have called 911 and sent help back for Adam.
I assume that Amanda came along and killed Adam before Dr. Gordon could do anything.
Answer: There's still a lot about Dr. Gordon that's not clear. Knowing what we know by Saw 3D, the dialogue between Adam and Dr. Gordon in Saw I almost makes it seem that Dr. Gordon could have been in on the game. Then again, if he was, Jigsaw wouldn't have let Dr. Gordon saw off his own foot.
Answer: It's because the actor didn't want to come back. There are several ways Adam could have returned at this point. Several clues that could have brought him back. It was probably originally intended for both Adam and Dr Gordon to return at some point, even if there were no plans for a sequel.
It is also way too late to have Leigh Whannell come back as Adam in 2023, as the last time he was physically filming new footage was in Saw III back in 2006 - which was 17 years ago - and he's aged a lot since then. Especially considering Saw X will be post-Saw/pre-Saw II, it wouldn't make sense if Adam comes back and ages 17 years in the space of a couple of months, unless they de-aged him. If Adam appears in Saw X, it will most likely be a new recast actor or through archive footage.
Also, when you take into account that "Saw" was filmed in September/October 2003, meaning Leigh Whannell would have been 26 when the film was being made, and he is 47 years old now.

Answer: He might have tried to, because we don't know how long Lawrence was in John's care before he got released. By the time he was fully healed, Amanda already probably killed him.

Answer: It's not until Saw 3D that Jigsaw tells Dr Gordon the location of the bathroom (assuming Lawrence passed out after cauterizing his leg after leaving the bathroom and never truly knew where it was)... Saw (2004)
Question: What is the point of John/Jigsaw being in the room with Adam and Dr. Gordon? If some one can fill me in that would be great.
Answer: He was able to observe the 2 and make sure that the followed the rules. Example would be when Dr. Gordon pretended to kill Adam. Zep couldn't tell if it was real or not, but Jigsaw was right there and knew. Plus, there's a clue in the movie, when the dective says "Looks like out killer likes to book himself front row seats." Jigsaw wanted to see how people reacted when their lives were on the line.
However, in the flashback where John and Amanda set up the game in Saw III, he used a drug that made him sleep and not wake up until the game was pretty much over.
This can't be correct. Too many things you couldn't control: your chest rising and falling, which would be visible; snoring and involuntary movements.
