Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, Leonard Pearce is waiting for the cue for his character to start looking for his teeth. He's standing in the living room, between his room and Del and Rodney's room. (00:00:25)
Revealing mistake: When Rodney first meets his new girlfriend, watch as he says "Pleased to meet you Irene". He spits on her. Not a great first impression.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Del is about to leave the restaurant, the front door has a "Closed for redecoration" sign on it. When the shot changes to the outside, however, the sign is gone.
Visible crew/equipment: When the butler is pushing the car away, the film crew is visible in the car's paint. (00:06:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rodney realises that he has just drank Grandad's Steradent, he runs into the bathroom. As Del is laughing at him, just above and to the right of Del's head, a boom mic is visible. (00:05:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When Grandad comes from the front door and tells Del that Trigger is here, for a split second, at the very top left of the screen, a boom mic is visible.
Audio problem: When Del is in the flat telling Grandad about him losing to Boycie in the pub, he says "only genuine weight watcher in London" however he doesn't say the word "genuine" but "only provo weightwatcher" which was obviously a topical gag at the time.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr Chin is telling Rodney about the phone call he received from the health inspector, in the very top right hand corner, a boom mic is visible.
Diamonds Are for Heather - S2-E8
Visible crew/equipment: During the dinner scene in the Indian restaurant, the shadow of a boom mic can be seen on the wall behind Del and Heather's table.
Revealing mistake: When towing the car, the tow rope is slack, showing the van is not towing the other car. (00:05:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rodney walks over to Grandad and Del, just after Grandad says "they are never off duty", a boom mic pops into view for a second and then moves back up again.
Visible crew/equipment: When we see Mr. Chin looking round the kitchen after its painted, a light screen is reflected in his sunglasses. (00:24:35)
Continuity mistake: When Del discovers grandad talking to Arthur, he sticks his head through the door. Camera cuts and he sticks his head through again. (00:13:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When they discover Arthur's ashes and grandad starts to explain, a boom shadow is seen over Rodney. (00:10:45)
