Question: How was the scene where Stewie dances with Gene Kelly achieved?
Chosen answer: According to the episode commentary, it is literally just frame by frame editting of a sequence from the film "Anchors Aweigh", in which Gene Kelly dances with Jerry Mouse (from Tom and Jerry). They drew Stewie over Jerry in each frame, which is why he seems to stretch oddly in some parts (they had to match Jerry's movements exactly).

Question: Is Charlie Irish? His brother Liam has a very Irish name and accent, but Charlie sounds more British.
Chosen answer: Nope, Charlie's British, most likely from Manchester. The name Liam was chosen for his brother as a deliberate nod to Liam Gallagher, who, with his brother Noel, formed the real-life band Oasis, which was part of the inspiration for Drive Shaft.

Question: In the United States, why was the film released on a Thursday instead of a Wednesday or Friday?
Chosen answer: Because the film had a global release date, and premiered the same day in every country in the world. Obviously, the studio felt this was the best day to do it.

Question: I'm aware of Indy's ophidiophobia, but how much will snakes play into the film? Sharing the same phobia, I don't want to spend the whole film trying to avoid watching snake-related scenes.
Chosen answer: Based on what little we've seen, namely what's in the trailers, there seems to be very little on the snake front. There will undoubtedly be at least one moment somewhere in the film, but there's no indication that snakes will be a major focus of the storyline.

Question: I noticed Bill Smitrovich's name in the credits. Since he has such a distinctive appearance, I didn't see him in the film. Where does his character appear?
Chosen answer: He is in the scene where Tony Stark is demonstrating the new weapons system to all of the brass.

Question: In one scene, Giles reminds Buffy that, when Angel lost his soul, he tortured Giles for pleasure. Since it is established that Angel and Angelus are separate identities, shouldn't Giles know that, technically, it was Angelus who tortured him, not Angel?
Chosen answer: Yes, and he does, but when you've been tortured by somebody, the technical niceties of different personalities tend to lose their importance. The two look exactly the same, plus Giles is well-aware that Angelus is the 'real' personality, with "Angel" only really being a magically empowered construct due to the curse that restored his soul. Giles is not going to want Angel around, whichever personality happens to be in control.

Toy Story (1995)
Question: Near the beginning of the film, why is Woody so shocked to learn of Andy's birthday party? Shouldn't he have a general idea, if not know outright, when Andy was born?
Chosen answer: If you'll notice, when he tells the other toys, he says that the party has been "moved to today". The other toys then mention that it isn't Andy's birthday yet and Woody says that they were probably trying to have the party before they moved to another house. Woody knows when the birthday is, but the party is not being held on Andy's birthday.

Question: What was the significance of Rex's cameraman being in on the assassination plot?
Chosen answer: It's not stated in the film, but if I had to make an educated guess I'd say his job is to make sure the news channel doesn't get any footage of any of the terrorist agents or the window the shots come from.

Question: In one scene, Spike tells Riley that he personally knows Dracula. While I know it's possible Spike is lying, I'm curious: if it's true, does Dracula know Angel, as well?
Chosen answer: In the TV series, the answer is anything you want it to be since Dracula never appeared again. But, in 2006 (that's 6 years after the episode was broadcast) a serial comic book was released 'Spike vs Dracula' and Angel does indeed know Dracula. But, again, this isn't the TV show, it's a comic book based on the TV show. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spike_vs_Dracula_(Angel_comic)

Question: I've noticed that on the show, people use "gorram" a lot. Is that phrase used as a euphemism for "God damn"?
Chosen answer: Yes, this was done to allow them to swear without causing a problem with the censors. They also swear quite a bit in Chinese.

Angel (1999)
Question: In a flashback, Darla and Drusilla imply that they engaged in a threesome together with The Immortal. Considering that Darla is Dru's grandsire (and a siring line seems to follow the line of a human family), doesn't that seem a bit incestuous?
Chosen answer: Dru is the only vamp to refer to her grandsire as grandmother. Since they were not blood relatives in life it wouldn't be considered incestuous. But if was you'd have to keep in mind that they have no souls, therefore, no conscience.

Chosen answer: It's entirely self-containing - effectively the film acts as a relaunch of the franchise rather than a continuation, although it doesn't really have any continuity issues with the first.
