Continuity mistake: After Chris wakes up in the boat, the front of the boat gets stuck in some logs. The logs change position around the front of the boat between shots. Also, hay appears on Chris's shirt after she wakes up. (01:24:50)

Continuity mistake: When Sean, Rennie and the sewage worker walk down the sewers, in frontal shots and reverse shots, the sewage worker repeatedly changes from holding his flashlight by his side / out in front. (01:26:55)

Continuity mistake: After Wayne shoots his friend, he looks through his camera. The timer on the camera reads "20:19." It cuts to another angle of Wayne, then back. The camera still reads "20:19" even though a few seconds passed in the other shot. (00:48:30)

Continuity mistake: Nurse Morgan's name tag is on the opposite side to the pocket with the pen in it, on her white nurse dress. Yet when Jason stabs Nurse Morgan, her name tag is right next to the pocket. (00:12:00)
