Continuity mistake: When Tanya and Rosie are talking to Donna in the bedroom just before the "Dancing Queen" number, they are talking about how bad Donna used to be. Rosie then puts a hat on Donna and Tanya puts a green feather boa on Donna's shoulders - twice - between shots. (00:34:50)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, the Chucky doll causes a worker to be electrocuted and fly backwards. As he somersaults through the air, and through the window, it is clear that in this angle he will land on his front. But in the next shot we get a close-up of him lying on his back. (00:05:55)

Continuity mistake: When Chucky is threatening Mattson in the car with the fake gun, between shots as he shouts threats at Mattson, Chucky's grip on the gun and the angle at which he has it pressed against Mattson's cheek keeps changing. (00:18:30)

Continuity mistake: When Max turns off the lights, the switches are already down - he doesn't move them in any way (neither up nor down) and therefore hasn't made any actions that would alter the current lighting situation, however the lights turn themselves off anyway even though it is apparent the switches were not moved. Continuity mistake: Cady breaks up her Spring Fling tiara that she receives. On stage, she breaks it up into many pieces and throws them out into the crowds; it is clear that the amount we see being thrown into the crowds is a major amount of pieces - almost too much from just one tiara. However then when she leaves the stage, we see her holding approximately half of the tiara still. This would not be possible from the aforementioned amount that Cady has already snapped off and thrown into the crowd. (01:25:15)

Continuity mistake: When returning the coffin, Tony and Sid leave the boot of the hearse open. Moments later it has shut itself.
