Continuity mistake: When Molly comes for her first golf lesson, Costner takes the last bite of his hot dog. In the next scene, he still has some of the hotdog left.

Trivia: After David Simms is interviewed by the reporters, he is stopped by an elderly couple with their grandson wanting and autograph. These are actually Kevin Costner's parents, and the child is Costner's son. (01:27:22)
