Continuity mistake: The bull horns and skull attached to the front of Doug's SUV were much larger on his way to the site than when he pulled up to the meeting spot. Initially, the horns spanned past the low beams, but were some distance from the low beams on each side when he arrived. The overall size of the skull was noticeably smaller and looked less menacing. Continuity mistake: Samantha placed the bottle of glue on top of the metal object she glued, but the bottle of glue was on the desk and the metal object was gone when the doorbell rang. (00:04:56)

Continuity mistake: Right before Fiona "makes her water fly", Claire's glasses of cola and water are close to it. In an aerial view, Claire's glass of cola is more to her right and her glass of water is no longer there. (00:53:28)
Continuity mistake: The first time Lily meets Joachim, he holds a Zulu Iklwa and shows it to her. From the opposite angle the Iklwa is in a different position, and he's repeating the previous movement.
Continuity mistake: Chris had strands of his bangs hanging down on his forehead but not a second later when the camera panned to a wider view to include all the group of employees. (00:30:44)
Continuity mistake: During the musical montage when Neo sees again the birds fly in the same pattern, there's a bit when "Tiffany" gets her order from the counter and exits the coffee shop. Neo is eating from his poke bowl, chopsticks in his left hand. His right hand is flat on the table, but in the next shot we see him through the window, and his right hand is turned 90°. (00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: The way "H" was lying on the road after getting shot was different in the aerial view shown shortly thereafter. H's body motions after getting shot were awkward enough - falling backwards but somehow managing to twist his body so that he could land facing the culprits. His body ended up being at about a 45°angle to the road barricades, but was parallel in the aerial view. Also, the road barriers would have blocked his view of the shooter and the ability of the shooter to look into his eyes. (01:13:35 - 01:13:56)
Continuity mistake: The door had multiple small rectangular glass panes enclosed in wood frames, but the glass pane that Alan Schaefer's head/body went through was larger and no wood frames were visible. (00:40:28)
Continuity mistake: In the initial view of Billy in the tree ("saved for later" by the leopard sleeping on another branch), his head is hanging face up alongside a tree branch as wide as his head. When the camera zooms in showing the middle of Billy's face, the left side of the screen should be all brown, representing the branch. Instead, there is blue sky down to his eye and blurred tan/brown representing the branch. The brown might supposed to be the dried grass, but Billy has not moved his head. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: Rudy looks at the candy cane, which is broken off at the handle/arc. Rudy sucks on the candy cane while he talks to his mum on the phone. When Rudy removes the candy cane from his mouth, the curved part is longer than when he first puts it in his mouth. (00:08:40)
