Continuity mistake: At the end, the blanket wrapped around the baby changes. In the wide shots, the red stripe is near the feet, but in the close up shots, the red stripe is around the body, next to Katniss' hand. And in the wide shot and first close up shot, the baby's right arm is lying on the blanket, but in following shots, the arm is under the blanket without Katniss doing anything.
Continuity mistake: When Van Patten is talking to Admiral Porter about the light cannons not being tested, she's holding her clipboard up and a pen is between her fingers. When the scene changes angles the pen is now attached to the clipboard and there's an extra piece of paper in front, then when Admiral Porter turns and walks away, the pen and paper are gone again.
Continuity mistake: When Maya is trapped in the bathroom and the bad guy breaks in, she drops her pepper spray which you can see lying on the floor when the bad guy is talking on the phone. Shortly afterwards it's gone. (00:47:35)
Continuity mistake: When Maleficent places the glasses on Beast's face, their position keeps changing all the time.
Continuity mistake: When Susan is fighting the assassin in the restaurant kitchen the assassin is wearing regular flats, but when she kicks the pile of dishes the flats have a strap around the ankle.
Continuity mistake: Russell asks Debbie to try and slam his arm in the car's door to show its sensor. After she slams his hand the second time, the door remains open. In the next shot, it is closed. In the next wide shot, the door is now open again.
Continuity mistake: After Solo puts the bracelet he lifted from the Contessa on Victoria's wrist, he reveals to her the "Etruscan" gold chain necklace which, according to the flashback, he lifted when he "fell" against her. The actual scene, however, shows her wearing the necklace as she walks away.
Continuity mistake: Charlie Brown is using a pen to write a book report. The black ink leaks and gets all over his hands. When he walks to his dresser to get a pencil, all the ink stains are gone.
Suggested correction: He wipes the ink on his shirt.
Continuity mistake: Spot finds four other humanlike creatures and goes to them. Arlo is standing several feet in front of them. He begins to push some dirt by using his nose. A close-up then shows him using his nose to draw a circle around the five others but he is standing much too far away to be able to do this.
Continuity mistake: Near to the end Gabriel Oak leaves the farm and as he leaves his cottage he is dressed in a white shirt, cream trousers and a dark waistcoat. When Bathsheba Everdene catches up with him on the road he has completely changed his clothes and is now dressed predominantly in blue.
Continuity mistake: In the last scene outside there is a lot more machinery assembled than the one engine Sir Thomas was working on.
Continuity mistake: In the early scene, when Maura is talking to the man in the corner, that she thinks is homeless, she stands up and has a green bag on her shoulder. When she asks for the sunscreen back, there is no sign of her bag. Then it's back on her shoulder.
Continuity mistake: After Jimmy and Billy's mother dies, they're sitting in the kitchen having a drink. Billy's beer is about 3/4 full, then in a closer shot it's more full, with only a few sips taken.

Continuity mistake: When the woman is eating the bread roll on the train, the end of the roll switches from uneaten to having bites taken out of it and back again.
Continuity mistake: When he fights Chuck Lidell, he is wounded on the right side of his body. During a scene when he is lying on his side, the wound has moved to his left side and then magically reappears back on his right when he stands up.
Continuity mistake: When Amy is on the treadmill, she starts to hyperventilate and has to get off. When she sits down and Dr Conners helps her by undoing the back of the suit, he knocks the white ball off Amy's left shoulder. Continuity mistake: When the team is crossing the crevasse on the ladder bridge at the ice fall. For safety, the climbers are tethered from their harnesses to the rope handrails with another short length of rope attached to a carabiner clip on each side. As Josh Brolin is crossing, you can see his tether, which he pushes along in front of his hands as he progresses. However, when the camera cuts to a reverse close-up from below, the tether has suddenly disappeared. When the shot cuts wide again, the safety tether has returned. (00:28:15)

Continuity mistake: When Tris saves Christina from falling and then rolls on to her back you can see her sports bra underneath. In the next scene, she and Tobias have a brief sex scene where she removes the same top, but there is no bra underneath.
