Character mistake: At the truck stop, Mark (young Damian) meets with Martin. Martin tells Mark that he had the shedding pills reverse engineered and hands him a piece of paper. The percentages of the 5 ingredients only add up to 90% rather than 100%. (01:29:25)
Continuity mistake: As Maddie goes upstairs saying "Anna", her wet hair has left a damp patch on the back of her shirt. After checking the room, there's a shot behind her as she walks down the hall, and the damp patch has vanished. (01:18:46)
Continuity mistake: Near the start, when the jet in which Damian is flying makes a turn in midair, it shows three blue stripes and seven windows. When it lands, the airplane´s paint design is different, mainly red and there are only five windows. (00:11:05)
Continuity mistake: The SUV Damian/Mark is driving gets the driver´s window shattered by a shot and he even pushes the glass away. After the SUV rolls over and comes to a stop, a light is reflected on the driver's side glass and furthermore, when he opens the door the opacity of the window shows the glass is back. Continuity mistake: When sitting in the cafeteria, Mark´s collar shows a blood stain, which completely disappears when entering the hotel room. The next morning in the hotel room, the blood stain is back. (01:27:40 - 01:30:40)
Factual error: The limo used in Louisiana has a front license plate and it's a Louisiana plate. Louisiana only issues a rear plate.
Continuity mistake: When Mark and Maddie are driving in the Tahoe the grab handle on the interior passenger side roof post is missing during the closeups but is there during exterior shots. (01:06:20)
Continuity mistake: Entering the room, the back of Madeline's shirt is dry under her hair. The next two times it appears almost dry, then soaking wet - then dry again for the remaining scenes in the house. (01:12:10)
