Corrected entry: When Snoopy cleans off the soot that he has got on him he leaves some around his eyes, However after it cuts to Fifi fixing her airplane the soot around Snoopy's eyes disappears.

Deliberate mistake: The little red-haired girl boards a bus with other children who are headed to summer camp. As the bus drives away, there is nobody in the driver's seat. This movie maintains Charles Schulz's policy of never showing adults in his comic strips or animated television specials, but a bus driver could at least have been depicted in silhouette.
Lucy van Pelt: No dogs.
Trivia: This was the first "Peanuts" film since the death of its creator, Charles M. Schulz, in 2000.

Correction: There was plenty of of time during this scene sequence for Snoopy to quickly wipe off the excess soot off his face.
