The lawyer's head is turned away from our view slightly, but you can see that she doesn't move her mouth. It does move about a second after 'Congratulations' is said, but it does not move long enough for the lawyer to have actually said 'Congratulations'.
Audio problem: When the kids are playing hide and go seek and Henry scares Connie, her scream is dubbed in too early. It happens before the shot changes so when you first hear her scream, her mouth isn't moving.
Audio problem: When Crawl is in the combine and starts it up, the sound is of an gasoline engine starting. The combine has a diesel engine, which can be heard when he is driving it.
Audio problem: When Mario and Luigi are in the cave, walking along the cliff, Mario shouts "Watch out" but his mouth never moves. (00:21:25)

When she enters the kitchen, the phone isn't particularly loud, yet in the previous shot, she was quite far away from the house, with lots of people chatting and making noise, there's no way she could have heard it at the point she did.
Audio problem: After Batman has left Andrea's apartment she drops a glass. We hear the sound of the glass shattering, but when the camera zooms out we see the glass is still in one piece.
