When she starts to question if it's really her grandmother, Mousesack and her mother all turn to ash and blow away. If you pay attention, you'll notice that her father does not turn to ash which is a foreshadow for later when it's revealed that he is in fact still alive.

Factual error: When Mia tells Brian she is pregnant again, she tells him it's a girl. Since Mia is not even starting to show her pregnancy yet, it is way too soon to be able to tell the sex of the baby. There's no way she would know it's a girl.

The Rescuers (1977)
Continuity mistake: Bernard's hat constantly changes throughout the entire zoo scene. Before they enter, it's just a hat with no straps. Then, when he is running away from the lion, his hat is attached, then disappears completely when he is fighting with the umbrella and lantern. Then when they are running again, the hat is back to being attached but now chin straps tied. When they get out of the zoo, the hat is on with the straps hanging loose, not tied anymore. During this entire time he is in a panic mode to get away from the zoo, he wouldn't take the time to adjust his chin straps and there is no time between shots at the end for him to untie the straps.

Next shot, there is a clothespin on the branch behind the spool that he moves to the front to hold the spool in place.

The Uninvited (2009)
Question: If Mildred Kemp is in the mental institution under her real name, then why in the article does it say that she is still at large? Is this just part of the delusion that Anna is playing out?
Chosen answer: The newspaper article saying she was still at large was 20 years old. It can safely be assumed that she was caught and put into the institution during that 20 year time frame.
What? I'm still so confused. Are Rachel and Mildred the same person? Who killed the three children?
Anna has a disorder, which is another reason she was in a psychiatric institution and not jail. Her personality disorder is called dissociative identity disorder, where she takes on alters, aspects of her personality who handle stress, when she cannot. Alex and Mildred were alters of hers, which is why Anna thought Rachel was Mildred. The MIldred alter did the things she couldn't do, killing Rachel because she thought she was evil. And a Mildred alter can be thought of wanting to revenge her capture, so why not make a mini Mildred out of Anna?
No... Mildred was in the mental hospital with Anna and told Anna stories about her murdering the children I'm sure (since she asked when Anna left the hospital who she was going to tell her stories too). Anna wanted to kill Rachel to begin with and when she faked being mentally health enough to escape, her intention was to be home to kill her. She did and then goes back to the hospital, where the real Mildred Kemp is.

Candyman (1992)
Continuity mistake: The first time Helen is at Cabrini Green and she goes through the medicine cabinet into the other apartment she has to actually crawl through the small opening in the wall where the medicine cabinet is, but when she goes back at the end to find the baby the hole in the wall has grown considerably, she just crouches and walks right through.
Suggested correction: The hole became bigger because the Candyman is there now. Do you expect him to crawl?
I don't expect him to have to go through the opening at all since he is the Candyman. He can get into places without walking through a physical opening.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end when Abby and her mother are in the apartment talking about her leaving, Abby is holding the baby and when the camera is facing her the baby is up on her shoulder. But when the camera is to her back facing her mother the baby is down. It continues like that through the whole scene.

Chicken Little (2005)
Continuity mistake: When the panel falls on Chicken Little the second time, when he's in his room, it looks like the black sky with one star in the middle. In the time it takes Chicken Little to open his eyes and see the panel and his father runs upstairs to see what's wrong the panel doesn't change. Every other time they are moving the panel against different backgrounds it changes almost immediately.

Chosen answer: You are correct, the ATF does not handle currency. This is a mistake, either in the script or made by the actress. She correctly identifies herself as a Treasury agent throughout the film but does say in one scene she is an ATF agent.
