Secret Wars, Chapter 1: Arrival - S5-E9
Other mistake: When Spider-Man is scrolling through his options of which member of the X-Men that he can teleport to the planet, the picture of Cyclops shows part of his yellow "bandolier" colored blue.

Undisclosed - S2-E7
Other mistake: Toward the end of the episode the perpetrator is corned by the FBI. He steps backwards from the curb and is killed instantly by a garage truck moving at a high rate of speed. In the following scene the garbage truck is shown just a few steps beyond the scene just behind a parked car. The truck was going very fast when it killed the perp and could not have stopped so quickly. Further it would not have been going that fast in a curb lane with a parked vehicle right ahead of it.

Thank You for Not Driving - S1-E3
Other mistake: The scene in which Tayo's wife gets into her car to leave their home is filled with mistakes. First off, it seems to take her much too long for the short driveway to reach the curb. Then, when she is blocked by the perp's van, she rams one of the perps twice and then backs away. As she is backing away, the perp's body flies forward, smashing into the van. She then rams the van twice with great force, and yet her car has minimal damage, only to the corner of the car.

Other mistake: After being shot in the air traffic controller's office, the alien disintegrates, but the black residue remaining afterwards is out of position from where the alien disintegrated.

Other mistake: When Nadine met Knippinberg for the first time and narrates the incidents, he asks where Alain (Sobraj) is now. She says they have not arrived back yet. While it seems that Dominique has long been gone, but Nadine receives letter from Dominique the same day Sobraj returns. This was also the same day when Dominique was leaving the airport, and he saw Sobraj in the same airport.
Suggested correction: When Dominique was leaving the airport, he thought he saw Sobhraj but that man was not Sobhraj. In fact, this man was holding his child at the arrival gate. Sobhraj, Monique and Ajay did not return the same day Dominique left Bangkok.

Other mistake: Vincent falls from a parking garage and smashes onto the roof of his car, appearing nearly dead. In the next episode, he is in the hospital with multiple broken ribs and other fractures, yet he is released without even staying the night for observation.

Other mistake: The hypodermic needle is in 3 different positions without being touched. One point it is angled, one is right next to papers and straight, and another it is below the papers. (00:36:50)

Other mistake: The main characters are always clean shaven, the same clothing is worn and their hair never grows from episode to episode.

Innervisions - S1-E7
Other mistake: When Thanos is saying "What is that, beloved? You would prefer a closer look at the civilization we are about to obliterate? Why, of course", he is speaking with an Irish accent, which is not how his voice sounds normally.

Episode #1.7 - S1-E7
Other mistake: Surveillance cameras are shown on monitors when the mass panic kicks in even though any chip-dependent electronics shouldn't work in the game world (previously stated by Chotu). (00:08:20)

Just Let Go - S1-E4
Other mistake: When Jake and Lexy depart the hospital, she's wearing a blue shirt and pants. When they get to her house, she's suddenly wearing a white shirt, denim jacket, and a skirt. But the indication is that they went directly to her house from the hospital, so where'd she get the change of clothes from?

Other mistake: The woodchipper is shown cutting wood, but is squeaky clean when the golfer sticks his hand in it to get the ball out.

Other mistake: When Tom is sitting in the chair reading Ellen Combs' medical/surveillance file, the page he is reading just contains the lyrics from the Ella Fitzgerald song "Someone to Watch Over Me".

Other mistake: Laura is in the security control room of the plant, and finds a Master Lock Console screen; she sees it has Biometric Scan access and comments to Rich "It's not a retina scanner. It works on biometrics." She then brings up a photo ID of an employee on the monitor, lifts up the scanner and places it against the monitor, to get access. Firstly, retinal scans ARE biometric. She should have said "It's not an iris scanner," which requires a physical eyeball to scan. Secondly, no monitor from the 2005 period would be high-resolution enough to fool a biometric scanner. (00:25:20)

Other mistake: Veteran actor Elisha Cook's name is misspelled "Elisa Cook" in the opening credits. (00:01:00)

Other mistake: Often, when Sakura is about to punch Naruto, he has enough time to dodge her attack but never does it.
