Other mistake: When Summer is fighting the Grinders at her wedding, she throws at least four kicks that completely miss her enemy, yet they react as if they were hit with great impact.

Other mistake: When Gamora is showing the court the footage of the destruction of the planet Vergilia, she says the images were taken from one of the planet's moons. However, much of the footage shown is from the point of view of the planet surface, which is not a view that could be achieved from a moon.

Other mistake: The woodchipper is shown cutting wood, but is squeaky clean when the golfer sticks his hand in it to get the ball out.

Other mistake: The hypodermic needle is in 3 different positions without being touched. One point it is angled, one is right next to papers and straight, and another it is below the papers. (00:36:50)

Other mistake: When Nica reverts back to her normal self and collapses, when she says "Where am I?", her legs noticeably move a few inches. She's paralyzed, so this shouldn't happen. It happens at least one other time during the scene, albeit more subtly. (When Chucky is in control, he's able to move her legs almost like a flesh-puppet, but when she's in control, she can't.)

Other mistake: Laura is in the security control room of the plant, and finds a Master Lock Console screen; she sees it has Biometric Scan access and comments to Rich "It's not a retina scanner. It works on biometrics." She then brings up a photo ID of an employee on the monitor, lifts up the scanner and places it against the monitor, to get access. Firstly, retinal scans ARE biometric. She should have said "It's not an iris scanner," which requires a physical eyeball to scan. Secondly, no monitor from the 2005 period would be high-resolution enough to fool a biometric scanner. Other mistake: When Tom looks at Sylvia's medical records, it states that she died in December 1994, but underneath that it states that she had bloodwork, eye tests and tissue examinations done in July and August of 1995.

Other mistake: Often, when Sakura is about to punch Naruto, he has enough time to dodge her attack but never does it.

Other mistake: When Brian is using the right computer and thinking about the murderer of Paul Wilkerman, the computer screen is turned off. (00:31:40)

Other mistake: While Gordon is a security guard, he has sergeant stripes on his sleeves but corporal stripes on his collar of his uniform.

Other mistake: The opening scene shows a captive with a hood over his head being dragged barefoot along a long driveway by two men. His feet are dragging over the ground. He is then strung up by his hands, and when they show his feet, there is not a scratch on them.

Other mistake: When Spector is sitting up with the help of his nurse, the subtitles say [Spencer groans]; I think they mean "Spector", and he was the only man in that scene. It makes sense that he was grunting while sitting up.

Older Cutthroat Canyon - S1-E15
Other mistake: In the ship the guy who wanted to kill Jane stops bleeding from his shoulder. And there wasn't any sign of blood on his jumpsuit when he was fighting with Jane either.

Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Other mistake: After the arrest of "ABC" and a brief scene with the interview to Betty's family, there's a prolonged close-up of a newspaper with the date "24 April 1933." Besides the article on the serial killer, there's a headline that says "German ministers in Rome - Uproar as Strong Arm men pack benches." The body of the article though talks about the Persian parlament, and the prime minister mentioned is "Dr. Mossadeg." Mohammad Mossadegh's public office as PM and his visit in the US mentioned in the article happened in the 50s.

Other mistake: Edmund and Dolly make love in the barn completely naked. Yet the next shot is morning and Dolly is suddenly wearing a camisole after they've awakened. Which wouldn't be the case after falling asleep after sex They'd both still be nude.

Voices Carry - S2-E2
Other mistake: The rear windshield of the car was supposedly shot out, but you can see the defroster lines on the intact rear windshield. When the truck comes up behind them with their high beams on, the driver keeps looking into a non-existent rear view mirror as if they are blinding him. (00:12:45)
