Continuity mistake: When Trina runs to her dad, he gets down on two knees. In the next shot, when Superman and Flash arrive, he is seen kneeling on three legs.
Funeral at Fifty-Mile - S1-E22
Continuity mistake: When Jessica walks from the house to the barn at the end, she is wearing knee high brown boots. By the time she reaches the barn they have been replaced with court shoes.
Continuity mistake: Norma reaches over to touch Chick's walking stick with her right hand, but the next shot shows her using her left hand.
The System - S3-E15
Continuity mistake: Phelps takes the tape from the recorder's right-hand spindle. When he opens the acid vat, we can see the tape he just removed back on the recorder - but on the left spindle. The tape he then drops into the acid doesn't remotely resemble the one he pulled, and when he drops it, the recorder's left spindle, where the full tape was in the last shot and where the empty reel should be, now has nothing on it at all. Continuity mistake: When Rabb lands at Norfolk the number of the chopper is 426, there he meets Commander Turner who says that he takes the same chopper as transport to the submarine. The Sea Knight is the last transport to leave the base before lock-down. When the same chopper approaches the USS Crawford it suddenly has the number 62.
Continuity mistake: When Raven telekinetically reassembles the broken chime bead necklace, it has about nine beads and is rather tight, but before and after that the necklaces feature about 13 or 14 beads and are wide enough to fit around the others' necks.
Deep Metal - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: Depth Charge fights Rampage on the beach. Throughout the whole episode, Depth Charge has four fingers. But in a shot when DC doubles over in pain to clutch his wounds, he has five fingers.
Continuity mistake: When Danny sees his ex-girlfriend in the casino, he leans over to kiss her on the cheek and he's then seen leaning back. Camera angle changes and he's seen kissing her cheek again.
Continuity mistake: When the professor stands up in the holding cell after Jack tells him that someone saw Skye at 10:30, he slams his chair back causing it to tip over. In the next shot the chair is upright, then when he goes to sit back down, it is again on its side.
Mainstream - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: When Kitty goes to get a midnight snack, her hair is down. But a few shots later, her hair is up in a ponytail.
Continuity mistake: When they first bring the girl to the house with the storm and lay her on the bead the there candles next to her. First the tallest one blows out then the middle one blow out then the shot changes and the middle candle blows out again.
V: The Final Battle: Part 3 (2 Hrs) - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the Red Dust is spread, there is a brief shot of some California citizens watching, and we see the Bernsteins among them. But the actress at George Mofogen/Mr. Bernstein's side is not Bonnie Bartlett, who played Mrs. Bernstein in the first two episodes.
Continuity mistake: Episode: "Man Hunt": When Jonas tries to interrogate the hardware store owner, the owner falls off his chair, knocking it over. In the next shot it's standing upright again.
Heads Of Beef / Klub Katz - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: In "Klub Katz" Courage spins his head once or twice. But when he puts his head back on it spins way over once or twice. (Like a thousand)
Continuity mistake: In Episode "Happily Never After": In the opening when the CSI team is looking at the puncture wound of Fiona Chisolm, there is no blood coming from the wound. It is actually mentioned that there is no blood. Then it is determined that she was dead for about 6 hours, but now there is an L-shaped blood drip pattern to the chest wound.
Mommy's Little Monster - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: Miss Kringle's head is canted up and to the right as she lays on the gurney in the morgue refrigerator, but when Edward Nygma pulls her out, her head is facing straight up. Subsequent shots of her in the refrigerator her head is canted up and to the right.
Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Samuel and Marina kiss for the first time, she leans in towards her left. In the next shot, she's still kissing him, but leaning on her right side. (00:23:45)
