Continuity mistake: Monique is making "tea" for Stephanie. She is stirring the drink and suddenly the glass is way more empty. (00:25:13)
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys create a roadblock with their 2 cars as Hopper drives his girlfriend to her mother's house, the cars stop with one on one side of the yellow line, and the other stops with the steering wheel over the line. The camera angle changes, and now both cars are neatly, evenly positioned, with their engines sitting over the line. (00:02:05)
Episode #3.5 - S3-E5
Continuity mistake: Danny is on the range firing a chrome/silver Beretta pistol. The other agent on the range takes it from him, but when he is shown shooting it has changed to a black Glock. When he hands it back it has become a Beretta again.
Containment - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when the bad guy is preparing the syringe of small pox, he follows the usual method of tapping out any air in the tube - when he is shown injecting himself, a large air bubble is back in the syringe (which would probably kill him quicker than the smallpox).
Dark Descent - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Stella is talking with Jim Burns at his home about her theory of a delay between murders, and why Paul took so long to strangle his victim. During most of the scene Jim's hair is parted on the left. At the end, as she is leaving, it is on the right.
Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Bill and Holden get in the elevator, Bill's Playboy is tilted and in front of the backboard. In the next shot, it's straightened out and behind the backboard. Then when walking down the hall, it's back in front of the backboard.
Continuity mistake: When Howard sees his ex in the jacuzzi, his glass has a little bit of alcohol in it. When he drops it and it shatters, the glass is empty.
Episode #2.6 - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When Denton looks up Alex Campbell's vehicle registration, it says "AP08 00G" on the computer screen. When she goes to where the vehicle is, the registration is "AP08 0DG."
Continuity mistake: When Eden confronts Kinsey by the lockers, as the angle changes so does Kinsey's arm. In some shots, she has her arms crossed and the locker door is closed, in some shots she has one arm up, holding the (open) locker door.
Continuity mistake: The ground is dry and clear throughout the entire episode in all exterior scenes, until the snow covered ground in the background when Duncan is driving to Ellen's house about 2/3 through the episode.
Continuity mistake: S1: E6 Loco - FBI Agent Quiñones places the whiskey bottle down on the table with the back label showing, but in the next shot, the front label on the bottle is showing (Wild Turkey 101). (00:29:38 - 00:29:59)
Continuity mistake: When Marshall first finds Trip's letter, he holds it from the left side. In the close-up, he's holding it from the right side. (00:02:10)
Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Poirot is talking to the owner of Twinkle Toes and confirms that indeed the victim was strangled with his merchandise. The man listens with his fingertips adjoined and pointed towards Poirot, but when it cuts to his response ("Poor kid") his left hand is partially in frame and in a different position altogether. Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode, our intrepid heroes stash their large black bags as they run through the market. They run through the market for the next several minutes with only their machine guns. They later board the waiting speedboat but when they disembark, they have their bags.
Continuity mistake: When Tom initially breaks into his studio, the "Hidden Agenda" photograph has a plaque underneath it. When he returns later with Dr. Bellamy, the plaque has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: The three friends finally meet in person after all the texting. Karube brings a cigarette to his mouth when Chota asks "Where to?", but in the next shot his hand is lower. (00:07:15)
In the Palaces of Crowned Kings - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: S1E5 In the Palaces of Kings. In a bedroom scene, Robinson punches Cal in his upper left chest, which he covers with his right hand. When he turns around, he is holding his right arm with his left arm.
Fear and Loathing in Beverly Hills - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: In one part of the scene where Joe has Delilah's iPhone and it's ringing, it shows the call with a green answer button and a red decline button, then, it shows it only with a slide to answer option. (00:53:00 - 00:59:00)
Continuity mistake: As Dave is leaning over the edge of the air boat with Rose behind him, he pulls a chunk of metal out of the water and places it on the edge of the boat on his left side. When he gets up from his lying position moments later, the metal is gone. Moments later again, with an overhead shot of the boat, we see what appears to be that piece of metal positioned at what would have been his right side, not his left. This is also where we see him step over the seat (twice!) in subsequent camera angles. (00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: The girl in the flooding tub is weighted down and has her hands tied in front of her. When the police lift her out, the weights are gone and her hands fall to her sides, and then are tied again when she is on the floor.
