An Insidious Trap! The Flying Fleet - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: When Hayato attacks Bullface with the Liger missiles, the explosion does not follow at all the outline of the ground, it just cuts away in a straight line superimposed in the wrong spot. (00:18:15)

Revealing mistake: June goes to an airstrip to fly to Canada, but all the abandoned aircraft on the field are ex Canadian Air Force, meaning it was probably filmed in Canada.

Revealing mistake: When the assistant gets thrown into the wall by the brain controlled Gar-tiger, there are already marks on the point of impact, from previous takes.

Revealing mistake: As Ed slowly backs away from the camera (from the foreground to the background), the towering Scrapper robot moves slowly forward (from the background to the foreground) to take Ed's place facing the camera. The lumbering robot is plainly casting a long shadow across this night-time shot towards the right side of the screen. But, as Ed and the giant robot pass one another, the CGI robot's shadow never falls across Ed at all. Throughout the shot, Ed remains uniformly illuminated, revealing that the digital-effects artist neglected to add the shadow passing over Ed. (00:38:55 - 00:39:19)

Revealing mistake: During Kendrix's morphing sequence you can see that the editor did a poor job photoshopping the Ranger helmet and you can still see the white edges of whatever photo they used. It should be tight to the Ranger's helmet and costume like the rest.

Return of the Fighting 69th - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: Before Roxanne Trent hits the box, it is possible to see that her hand is normal, not iron. (00:17:01)

Chapter 7: In the Name of Honor - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: When the big battle starts, Boba and Mando appear using their jet packs. As Boba lands with one foot forwards, sand is thrown up into the air, but the sand is a special effect coming from about a metre in front of Boba, not from the foot itself. The result is very unconvincing.

Revealing mistake: While Matt is lying in his hospital bed, he hangs up on a call with Emma. You can see his left foot moving. He's not supposed to be able to feel or move his lower body.

Revealing mistake: During the "power outage" when Brian is out on the street during the day, all the stop lights and cross walks are on - you can also see the lighting is on in the windows of office buildings.

Destiny (2) - S1-E22
Revealing mistake: Throughout the scene where Max interrogates Pierce, the projector changes slides at irregular intervals with no one touching it. (00:22:50)

Revealing mistake: A chalk outline on the parking garage wall where the actor playing the alien that just got shot and disintegrates is supposed to place his body and limbs for the special effects (the disintegration) is visible. The actor placed his body just outside the chalk outline, and the arms were not in the correct positions.

Revealing mistake: When Martin uses telepathy to tell George's girlfriend how to open the window, the two wires attached to the bows on the dog's floppy ears are visible. (00:05:05)

Life Lessons - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: When Danziger and True are pursuing Gaal, they drive up next to Gaal and his horse. In several shots it's obvious it isn't Danziger driving, but a stunt double. (00:47:10)

Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)

Revealing mistake: When Mr. Klimer is forcing Debbie into the Oblong's car, her arms disappear for a single frame.

Split Second - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: Shortly after Kiera drives the van past the train tracks, we see a few different shots of Travis and Carlos fighting. In a couple of quick shots, Travis' stunt double can be seen. (00:13:00)

Revealing mistake: In the close-up of Frost's hand while the doctor is stitching up his wound, you can see the delineated edges of the latex make-up patch used to simulate the injury. (00:12:30)
