Split Second - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: Shortly after Kiera drives the van past the train tracks, we see a few different shots of Travis and Carlos fighting. In a couple of quick shots, Travis' stunt double can be seen. (00:13:00)

Revealing mistake: Actress Pamela Franklin's British accent slips in and out throughout the entire episode.

Revealing mistake: During the police chase, the van runs a stoplight. Tire marks from previous takes are visible on the ground, and the van follows them.

Revealing mistake: In the close-up of Frost's hand while the doctor is stitching up his wound, you can see the delineated edges of the latex make-up patch used to simulate the injury. (00:12:30)

Revealing mistake: When the assistant gets thrown into the wall by the brain controlled Gar-tiger, there are already marks on the point of impact, from previous takes.

Revealing mistake: As Gaal is mourning Salvor, the camera is panning back, and everyone gathers around. You can see the little boy that died lift his head slightly. (00:37:17)

Revealing mistake: After the Shadow Duelist summons Infernal Queen Archfiend, Jaden says, "An Archfiend monster?" and the shot cuts back to the Shadow Duelist saying with that card on the field, every monster with Archfiend in its name gain 1000 attack points. In this shot, take note of the cards he is holding in his hand. He only appears to be holding onto two of the cards, but every other card in his hand appears to be held perfectly fine despite him not holding onto them. (00:12:41)

Return of the Fighting 69th - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: Before Roxanne Trent hits the box, it is possible to see that her hand is normal, not iron. (00:17:01)

Revealing mistake: Air Force Colonel Owen Crawford and his two personal assistants are poring over classified intelligence files in the Colonel's office. When they start to review a slideshow of photographs, one assistant sets up a projector screen and turns off the office lights as the other assistant switches on the slide projector. Photographic images immediately appear on the screen in the background, but the first assistant is still standing directly in front of the slide projector in the foreground. Not only does he not eclipse the projected image on the screen, but no projected image appears on the assistant's body. Obviously, the images on the screen in the background are projected from another source far off-camera. (00:48:50)

The Spores - S2-E7
Revealing mistake: Gene Hackman's and Roy Thinnes' stunt doubles are obvious during the fight scene in the diner.

Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, we see a hydrocharge being fired which causes an explosion in the sea. Then just a few shots later, another hydrocharge is fired and we see the same explosion - this is due to footage of one explosion being used twice.

Revealing mistake: Dr. Shannon identifies the skeleton as being a middle-aged male, but the skull is female. A male skull has a more pronounced ridge over the eye orbits, a sloping forehead, a longer mastoid process, and the skull widens at the back, unlike a female's that is more parallel.

Revealing mistake: As the Eagles take off from Piri, the wires used on the models to "fly" are easily seen.

Revealing mistake: During the "power outage" when Brian is out on the street during the day, all the stop lights and cross walks are on - you can also see the lighting is on in the windows of office buildings.

We Will All Be Judged by the Courage of Our Hearts - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: When Nomi is on her bike, in a wide shot, she is portrayed by a stunt woman.

Revealing mistake: The Wonderland gang henchmen dispose of the Crows' van through fire that causes a nice, clean, completely fake CGI explosion, looking entirely disjointed from the rest of the background. (00:02:00)

Revealing mistake: The bare, non-furry, forearms of the actor playing Anto are exposed when he is entertaining the gorilla soldiers.

Slouching Towards Bethlehem - S2-E8
Revealing mistake: When Kenya is being held at gunpoint the pistol pointed at her has a visible seam running up the grip and the back of the slide. It's a plastic prop.
