Other mistake: 1967: Burke mangles his line to Vicky, and instead of telling her to get off her history kick, says, "I just think you should get off that hickory stick for a while."
Other mistake: When Rube is searching the hard-copy (paper) archives, the young man with him opens the last box and pulls out an old "Wanted" poster with Rube's face on it. He tells Rube "This guy looks just like you." Since season 1, episode 1, we've known that Grim Reapers don't look like they did when they were alive (i.e., Millie/Un-George). Yet somehow, Rube has not changed since his life/death.
Other mistake: When they show the comic book and Hiro looks up the artist's address, it is listed as 215 Reed St. 7. The door to the artist's loft says his address is 681. (00:01:10)
Other mistake: Although Diane Murphy played "Annabelle", she is listed in the closing credits as having played "Diane". (00:25:00)
Dirty Pranking Number 2 - S1-E6
Other mistake: Season 1 Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". When the pizza delivery man shows up at the police station, the receptionist says that they hadn't ordered twenty pizzas; but the pizza man is holding only eighteen boxes.
The Bald and the Beautiful - S3-E7
Other mistake: At the end of this episode, there is a typo in the credits: "Directed by" is written twice. (00:22:30)
Other mistake: When Carrie, Samantha and Miranda step outside of the hotel so Carrie can have a cigarette, she takes a couple of draws then throws it down on the step. She tries to stub it out with her shoe by twisting her foot on it but she (the actress) accidentally kicks the cigarette down the step, so she has to just pretend to still be stubbing it out.
Other mistake: When PJ tells Gabe about the attic, he said he had never heard of the attic. But in the earlier episode "Charlie Shakes It Up" Amy tells Gabe to clean out the attic while she's away.
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Other mistake: In the second shot showing the fleet of Battlestars (from the port side and slightly behind), the closest ship has an odd reflection which forms a "pillar of light" radiating down from near the rear of the landing bay. It is an effects error, perhaps created while trying to hide the rod that holds the ship up from below. (00:02:45)
Other mistake: In the party/orgy scene where Aetius is showing off Rome to Attila, one can see a woman with her back to us reveal herself to a man and woman. Despite her veil, one can see her thong underwear. This type of underwear is a 20th century innovation.
My Overkill - S2-E1
Other mistake: When JD and Turk get coffee from the street vendor, Turk tips the cup at an angle which shows they are empty as it doesn't spill.
Other mistake: When Spike is thrown out of the base by Megatron at the end of the episode, Optimus calls him 'Splik'.
Other mistake: Robbie gives Tori a chocolate leaf-blower as a present to cheer her up. Then when Robbie leaves to go join Cat at the Platinum Music Awards, he supposedly takes his chocolate leaf-blower present with him. But, in the shot where he leaves Tori's house, the bag that the chocolate leaf-blower was in is still on the floor.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Abby is almost run over by a man driving an SUV. They exchange words and then Abby throws a supposedly full cup of coffee at him. The cup of coffee bounces off the seat of the man's car and it is obvious that the cup is empty.
Other mistake: In the opening credits, Bob answers the phone. None of the buttons light up when the phone rings. On that style of phone, the light would indicate which line to answer. The phone is obviously a prop.
Other mistake: House has Metroid Hunters on the DS next to the gangster's ear and it shows Samus in a ball rolling around. The way she was rolling couldn't have been achieved because House was holding it, his fingers nowhere near the buttons on the game.
Other mistake: In the summer of 2004, in Puerto Arena, Paloma met a man, Nick, who told her that Luis and the other Lopez-Fitzgeralds were just trying to use her, and didn't really love her. Later that night, Nick kidnapped Paloma and tried to rape and murder her. She stopped him by bludgeoning him with a rock, and later throwing him into a support pillar that resulted in a structure collapsing on him and presumably killing him, before reuniting with Luis, Sheridan, and the Wheelers. And yet that fall, after she had returned to Harmony, Paloma flashed back to what Nick had told her and behaved as if she believed what the murdering rapist had told her about the people who ultimately rescued her from him.
Other mistake: At the start of the line dancing scene where Ray Von is deejaying, if you have the subtitles on, it says the song is Hillbilly Rock, Hillbilly Roll by the Woolpackers. It's actually 5,6,7,8 by Steps. (I'm quite embarrassed I know that).
Other mistake: Ethan is seen playing a Game On a computer, Connor comes in and Ethan looks away from the computer to talk to him. The game Ethan was playing is still going, but Ethan has stopped playing, obviously a demo.
Take Me out of the Ball Game - S3-E24
Other mistake: When Peggy strikes Bill in the head in the softball game, he gets hit on the left side of his head. Later in the scene he is using an ice bag on his head but he's icing the other side.
