Other mistake: Earlier in the season Father Gabriel Stokes burns his clerical collar, but in the end of this episode he is wearing it again. Especially doesn't make sense, because he said he gave up being a pastor.
Episode #2.7 - S2-E7
Other mistake: When the dowager visits Matthew in his bedroom to tell him Mary is still in love with him before he goes through with marrying Lavinia, the curtains hanging behind Matthew are so wrinkled and creased just as curtains are when they come out of a package from the store. The crease lines are terrible! One would think set design would have steamed them as in real life, they would have been custom-made and certainly not folded up like that for shipping, thus never having creases like that.
Careful What U Wish 4 - S1-E14
Other mistake: During the scene after the fund raising dance when Lucas offers to take Hanna home, she calls him Ian when she says that she is going home with Emily and Spencer. Even if she says "I kind of promised them", the subtitles say Ian.
Other mistake: At the end of the episode, the evil Shan is texting with (most likely) Moriarity. She is sitting at a desk facing a wall and yet the laser targeting ray appears directly on her forehead, which could only come through a window directly opposite her.
Other mistake: When PJ tells Gabe about the attic, he said he had never heard of the attic. But in the earlier episode "Charlie Shakes It Up" Amy tells Gabe to clean out the attic while she's away.
Other mistake: Robbie gives Tori a chocolate leaf-blower as a present to cheer her up. Then when Robbie leaves to go join Cat at the Platinum Music Awards, he supposedly takes his chocolate leaf-blower present with him. But, in the shot where he leaves Tori's house, the bag that the chocolate leaf-blower was in is still on the floor.
The Elements of Harmony (2) - S1-E2
Other mistake: At the end of the episode when Princess Celestia is talking to Twilight Sparkle you can see that Princess Celestia's tail is on top of her leg instead of in-between. It's covering her cutie mark.
Other mistake: The team, guns up, aimed, and ready, interrupt the meeting on the rooftop which has just ended in a shootout. Steve tells Cynthia to put the gun down or they'll have to put her down, and Junior menacingly cocks his rifle as if to emphasise the point. What, it wasn't already ready to fire? He's walked into a potential firefight with his weapon raised but it wasn't actually fireable yet?
Other mistake: King Boz helps put out a fire with an extinguisher that is not operating; there is no mist exuding from it yet the flames go out.
Through the Looking Glass - S5-E19
Other mistake: Danny supposedly handcuffs an at-risk teenager. When the police officer takes her away to a cell, the girl isn't handcuffed. The handcuffs are just in her hands behind her back. (00:52:00)
Other mistake: When Shao Kahn rips M. Bison in half, M. Bison's hand is ripped apart too... and then stays attached to his body somehow.
Other mistake: In the scene where Barca is bleeding at the pool, Batiatus comes and grabs his hair. Barca abruptly moves before Batiatus starts to actually pull his hair.
No Quarter - S1-E4
Other mistake: In this episode one of the characters is seen to be driving a VW Golf. The scene is set in Geneva Switzerland. However an American spec VW Golf is used. Also in backround shots, American vehicles not avalible in Europe are seen. Another scene shows the police race past in two Skoda Rapides. This car has not been made since the early 90's and it is highly unlikely that the Swiss Police would be using these cars still. The shot is an old video that appears to have been shot in an Eastern European country.
Other mistake: In episode 5, while Sean is talking to Leila on his iPhone, it is obvious that there is no connection, because Home screen of iPhone is displaying on device. (00:14:20)
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Other mistake: Ian is pointing a gun at Luther in the hotel. The maid starts to open the door from an adjoining room (roughly 4 meters away). Ian starts firing at the door, and Luther falls over on the spot he is standing on. Half a second later, Luther is through the door pushing the maid to the floor. What about the hail of bullets he must have had to go through to get to the door? (00:47:00)
Other mistake: Duke is checking old copies of the Haven Herald around the time of Lucy (27 years ago). A headline on the one he's reading is about Lucy's disappearance. A moment later, he's reading a story about a meteor shower that occurs every 27 years; but the text we can see states that it just happened, and refers to dates in 2010 (having just happened, not '27 years from now'). This paper is supposed to be a 1983 edition. Also there is fake Latin 'filler text' printed in some columns.
Suggested correction: Lucy's disappearance is at the top of the newspaper and the hunter storm is at the bottom of the same page. Also, the paper predicts the next storm to occur. Just like how we know when to expect the next lunar eclipse or the next meteor shower, so I don't see how this is a mistake.
It's not a prediction of events to come, it's an article telling about the recent event, which states it was seen on the morning of the October 21, 2010. It even compares the 2010 shower to a previous shower that occurred in 2009. The mistake is valid.
Other mistake: On the W.A.A.K. Bloggers internet page, it says she has 9 children. It lists how each child helps in the family but talks about what 10 children do, not 9. Veronica age 14, Cynthia age 13, John age 12, Kayla age 10, Matthew age 7, Elizabeth age 6, Caroline, Mickey, Rachel age 4, and Susie. (00:08:11)
Other mistake: Raylan fires two shots into the above-ground pool, but it springs three leaks. Looking closely it does appear that Timothy Olyphant squeezed the trigger three times, but one blank must have misfired, and the three squibs went off regardless.
Other mistake: When Derek is tortured by Kate and turns into his wolf form his eyes don't glow.
Fraud Alert - S5-E19
Other mistake: Julia receives a late night call from a credit card company with a Fraud Alert. Julia identified herself as Julia. The rep on the phone referred to her as Mrs. Braverman. The rep has no way of knowing if she is married or not. And, given the fact that she referred Julia as Mrs. Braverman, the rep might have inquired if her husband has access to the card.
Suggested correction: Individuals using the term "Ms." or "Mrs." doesn't indicated they think a woman is married or unmarried. I regularly address any female teacher as "Ms.", even if I know they're married. But I know others who use "Mrs." for any teacher, even if they know the teacher is unmarried.
Suggested correction: A credit card company would have a card-holder's marital status on file from his/her application. Credit card companies also have any authorized user (s) on file, so would know her husband was not an authorized user (if that's the case).
