My Boss's Free Haircut - S4-E20

Other mistake: When Bob is trying to get into the patients room, he uses a screwdriver to break in. The door opens into the room with the hinges on the inside, theres no way he could get at them and the door frame is intact as shown when the door falls in.

My Female Trouble - S4-E10

Other mistake: When Turk is squirting cream on to the pancake to make a face, we hear 3 squirts which wouldn't be enough. The eyes are X-shaped and would take 2 each plus the smile would have taken a longer squirt.

My Screw Up - S3-E14

Other mistake: Ben snaps the shutter twice on his camera, With out taking out the print from the first snap. So the picture he's holding of J.D. in the bushes should have been a double exposure. (00:02:30 - 00:03:00)

My Fifteen Seconds - S3-E7

Other mistake: The second '15 second countdown' with Jill Tracy, just after she's been to the toilet, actually lasts 24 seconds. They slowed it down to fit more dialogue in.

My Quarantine - S4-E16

Other mistake: When the Janitor plays with Kelso 'double or nothing' for tossing the cotton ball a second time in the jar, Todd tells Kelso he now owes him $600, in the end it was $700. This isn't a 'double or nothing' amount of money the Janitor could generate. They started with $5, so the count would be 5 - 10 - 20 - 40 - 80 - 160 - 320 - 640 - 1280 and so on.

My Mentor - S1-E2

Other mistake: While trying to attract Dr. Cox's attention, J.D. switches off his television, using the manual on/off switch on the set itself, rendering the television inactive. After throwing J.D. out, Cox turns the television back on using the remote, and that isn't possible. He'd have to get up and switch the television on using the manual switch before the remote would operate, because J.D. didn't switch the television onto standby - the standby light goes out - he switches the television OFF.

My Clean Break - S3-E11

Other mistake: In the last shot of the final scene, when JD and Elliot start down the wheelchair ramp outside of the hospital, an "extra" woman walks right in front of them. She was nowhere to be found in front of JD and Elliot before they started walking - she simply appears in front of them and walks down to some paramedics holding a stretcher.

My Way Home - S5-E7

Character mistake: Early in the episode, Keith pages JD from home to the hospital. When JD arrives, he asks Keith what's the big emergency and Keith asks if he wants the patient to be prescribed unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin. JD gets angry and says that they're the exact same thing. This is in fact completely incorrect. Low molecular weight heparin is made from fragments of unfractionated heparin. They have different effects in their metabolism, half life and dose monitoring (unfractionated needs a blood test, low molecular weight doesn't). The choice between unfractionated and LMWH is an important clinical decision and should not be dismissed as "the exact same thing".

Carla: You can deny you like her all you want. But, I know for a fact, that every time you guys are done "playing racquetball" or "having a conversation" or whatever it is you crazy kids are calling it, you like nothing more than to just lie next to Jordan and watch her sleep.
Dr. Cox: It would be impossible for me to lie next to Jordan, she sleeps hanging from a ramp in the ceiling, wrapped in a cocoon of her own wings.
