My Overkill - S2-E1
Other mistake: When JD and Turk get coffee from the street vendor, Turk tips the cup at an angle which shows they are empty as it doesn't spill.
My Boss's Free Haircut - S4-E20
Other mistake: When Bob is trying to get into the patients room, he uses a screwdriver to break in. The door opens into the room with the hinges on the inside, theres no way he could get at them and the door frame is intact as shown when the door falls in.
Other mistake: When Turk is squirting cream on to the pancake to make a face, we hear 3 squirts which wouldn't be enough. The eyes are X-shaped and would take 2 each plus the smile would have taken a longer squirt.
My Screw Up - S3-E14
Other mistake: Ben snaps the shutter twice on his camera, With out taking out the print from the first snap. So the picture he's holding of J.D. in the bushes should have been a double exposure. (00:02:30 - 00:03:00)
Other mistake: The second '15 second countdown' with Jill Tracy, just after she's been to the toilet, actually lasts 24 seconds. They slowed it down to fit more dialogue in.
My Ocardial Infarction - S4-E13
Other mistake: When J.D. is left dangling from a window after the collapse of the "triple giant doctor," his feet are higher up than the combined height of Lonie and Elliot.
My Choosiest Choice of All - S3-E19
Other mistake: When Carla goes to inject Irv with the syringe, she doesn't push the plunger down, but Irv still falls unconscious.
My Last Day - S1-E24
Other mistake: When J.D. is walking towards the hospital on his last day, it's actually the same shot of him walking towards the hospital on his first day. (00:01:40)
Other mistake: When the Janitor plays with Kelso 'double or nothing' for tossing the cotton ball a second time in the jar, Todd tells Kelso he now owes him $600, in the end it was $700. This isn't a 'double or nothing' amount of money the Janitor could generate. They started with $5, so the count would be 5 - 10 - 20 - 40 - 80 - 160 - 320 - 640 - 1280 and so on.
Other mistake: Elliot told Kelso that he was getting a chocolate cake for his birthday, because she likes chocolate cake. At the party, the cut cake that everyone is eating is white. (01:42:00 - 02:04:00)
Other mistake: While trying to attract Dr. Cox's attention, J.D. switches off his television, using the manual on/off switch on the set itself, rendering the television inactive. After throwing J.D. out, Cox turns the television back on using the remote, and that isn't possible. He'd have to get up and switch the television on using the manual switch before the remote would operate, because J.D. didn't switch the television onto standby - the standby light goes out - he switches the television OFF.
Other mistake: In the last shot of the final scene, when JD and Elliot start down the wheelchair ramp outside of the hospital, an "extra" woman walks right in front of them. She was nowhere to be found in front of JD and Elliot before they started walking - she simply appears in front of them and walks down to some paramedics holding a stretcher.
Other mistake: When Elliot sits down next to imaginary Laverne, Carla must have imagined her brushing against her sleeve on her blouse.
Answer: No, it was a fake, they used a stamp.
It is real.
