Other mistake: In the opening sequence, Colby tells Helm at the airplane crash site that all of the passenger bodies have been moved to the L.A. Coroner's Office. However, later in the scene, there are shrouded bodies on the ground outside the command center tent.
The Case of the Sausalito Sunrise - S9-E19
Other mistake: The owner of a Los Angeles trucking company tells a driver who is going to San Francisco, "Take the San Diego Freeway toward Bakersfield." That freeway runs from San Diego to San Fernando. It does not go toward Bakersfield.
Other mistake: Torey Martin says that he had an accident 5 months before, but the car crash evaluation is signed 31/07/2016. Not only it was a Sunday - unlikely day for the car shop to be working -, but that would put the events of the episode on January, contradicting the bank statements and what was established in previous episodes.
The World Needs Heroes. Over. - S2-E9
Other mistake: The Doctor, coming up from the basement of his house, is locking both deadbolt locks using a key held in his right hand. He logically would use the same hand to put the key in his upper left pocket. Richard who is watching through binoculars uses a walkie talkie to inform both Ezra and Jules that the Doctor has put the keys in his upper left pocket. However, the next scene shows the Doctor with keys now in his left hand placing the keys in his upper right pocket. This doesn't match what Richard says he observed. (00:24:42)
Home for the Holidays - S11-E1
Other mistake: Only one set of prints were said to be on the garrote but in the last episode of season 10 Graham handles the garrote before handing it over to the murderer without wearing gloves. So there should have been 2 sets of prints.
We Weren't Supposed to Be Awake - S1-E4
Other mistake: Alicia puts the vials with the protein in a centrifuge, supposedly in order to mix them. When she's done, she takes a vial and shakes it to make sure it's mixed evenly. However, a centrifuge separates solutions into their ingredients, not mixes them. (00:34:00)
Chapter Sixty-Eight: Quiz Show - S4-E11
Other mistake: Archie's uncle Frank tells Archie during an argument with him that he is 40 years old, with seven years in combat while in the military. But in a previous episode when explaining why he let Fred take the blame for his DUI, he claimed that he was a Desert Storm veteran in between tours at the time. Either the show got the wars wrong and meant to say he was an Operation Enduring Freedom or Iraqi Freedom veteran (no actual veteran uses "Desert Storm" when referring to combat in the Middle East after 9/11) or they're saying that he was only 10-11 years old when he went to Desert Storm. (00:29:30)
Is Lupin Burning... ?! - S1-E1
Other mistake: The logo of the evil organization, Scorpion, contains just a little misspelling. It's missing the R. (00:02:50)
Other mistake: At the end, when Siegfried is about to shoot Max, if you look in the chambers of his gun, there's no bullets in there. So Siegfried is going to kill Max with a puff of air.
Other mistake: In modern time Natalie Vasquez dies in episode 13 and her character is just discontinued. In flashbacks after that episode she's never seen again. She's not even seen at the graduation day of the trainees, but we see her at the Grand Central bombing, which supposedly happened just days after the trainees became agents.
Other mistake: Mrs Vanderlyn holds a letter out of the car window and calls to the chauffeur to take it. She calls him "Dixon" but the subtitles read "Gibson". (00:37:05)
No Quarter - S1-E4
Other mistake: In this episode one of the characters is seen to be driving a VW Golf. The scene is set in Geneva Switzerland. However an American spec VW Golf is used. Also in backround shots, American vehicles not avalible in Europe are seen. Another scene shows the police race past in two Skoda Rapides. This car has not been made since the early 90's and it is highly unlikely that the Swiss Police would be using these cars still. The shot is an old video that appears to have been shot in an Eastern European country.
Other mistake: It is said G. Callen has lived in 37 foster homes between the ages 5 and 18, the longest ever having stayed in one is 3 months. 5-18 is 13 years, meaning even if he had lived 3 months in EVERY foster home, it'd have to be a minimum of 52 foster homes. Since 3 months was the longest, it is logical that the others were shorter therefore the number would have had to be much higher.
Other mistake: At the start when the Lexus is found it is shown as a mirror image as can be seen by the badge and registration number. (00:03:57)
Other mistake: In episode 5, while Sean is talking to Leila on his iPhone, it is obvious that there is no connection, because Home screen of iPhone is displaying on device. (00:14:20)
Other mistake: When we first see Gordon aboard his jet, the shot of the jet from the outside is a flipped shot. Note the lettering on the right engine.
Other mistake: When the interviewer asks the girl what she was doing March 15th, 2016, she says she was shopping. However when the receipts are shown they say 05/15/2016. (00:10:50)
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Other mistake: Ian is pointing a gun at Luther in the hotel. The maid starts to open the door from an adjoining room (roughly 4 meters away). Ian starts firing at the door, and Luther falls over on the spot he is standing on. Half a second later, Luther is through the door pushing the maid to the floor. What about the hail of bullets he must have had to go through to get to the door? (00:47:00)
Other mistake: Duke is checking old copies of the Haven Herald around the time of Lucy (27 years ago). A headline on the one he's reading is about Lucy's disappearance. A moment later, he's reading a story about a meteor shower that occurs every 27 years; but the text we can see states that it just happened, and refers to dates in 2010 (having just happened, not '27 years from now'). This paper is supposed to be a 1983 edition. Also there is fake Latin 'filler text' printed in some columns.
Suggested correction: Lucy's disappearance is at the top of the newspaper and the hunter storm is at the bottom of the same page. Also, the paper predicts the next storm to occur. Just like how we know when to expect the next lunar eclipse or the next meteor shower, so I don't see how this is a mistake.
It's not a prediction of events to come, it's an article telling about the recent event, which states it was seen on the morning of the October 21, 2010. It even compares the 2010 shower to a previous shower that occurred in 2009. The mistake is valid.
Other mistake: When Cooper is on the floor after being shot, as he's signing the check, he is doing so with the pen closed, and proceeds to click it open as he hands it back to the room service.
