A Gummi By Any Other Name - S1-E9
Plot hole: The Changing Hat has the habit of transforming its wearer at the mere mention of a name (or even a species type, as seen before when Sunni accidentally transforms into an ogre). However, when Calla impersonates Igthorn and faces off against him, she loudly says the name "Toadwart" and doesn't transform.

Sins of the Fathers Chapter 6: Framed - S3-E6
Plot hole: After Peter Parker is framed and arrested for selling government secrets to foreign organizations, he escapes police custody and goes home to retrieve his Spider-Man costume that was simply hanging in his dark room. If he was arrested for selling government secrets then surely the police would have searched his home and found his costume (as well as equipment) in the process. Since the police car was visible in front of his house, it seems very strange that police didn't search his home.

Plot hole: When Barney's telling Andy about the poem written on the bank wall, Barney blames Opie and doesn't mention anything about Opie using chalk, but when Opie walks in Andy tells him, "Barney says there's a poem written on the wall of the bank, and that you were standin' along beside it with a piece of chalk in your hand," and then in a few moments Opie explains that some big kids pushed the chalk into his hands. So it's impossible for Andy to have known that chalk was used to write the poem, and not a marker, a pen, or a pencil.

Rent-a-Pop - S2-E7
Plot hole: After the meeting with Zack's "fake Dad", Mr. Belding informs Zack he wrote a letter to see the Dad again... However when the "real" Dad sees the fake "Belding" (whom the Dad didn't know was fake), the Dad never questioned about the "seeing him AGAIN" letter when this real Dad never met Belding before. In addition, wouldn't the Dad question this letter to Zack anyway?

And So We Commence (1) - S8-E24
Plot hole: When Theo is complaining that his father is inviting too many people to his graduation, he says "I saw him in the backyard 5 minutes ago hosing down the beach chairs", but this couldn't have been possible because in fact, Cliff was upstairs right before that scene, and then went straight to the living room, so there's no possible way that Cliff could have been in the yard at the time Theo had said he was.

Plot hole: In Cam's song in the dream, one of the lines is: "No fun, no sun." However, at the start of the dream, all of the Dumping Ground kids are outside in the daylight.

Plot hole: When Lizzie and Gordo are sitting at lunch, Gordo says that he doesn't like broccoli (referring to the pile on his plate) and that he tries to avoid it. However it is established in many scenes that Lizzie's school has a self serve cafeteria, so why does he have broccoli? (00:56:45)

The Raccoon - S1-E10
Plot hole: The plot gets confusing here. First, Laura and Jack (the dog) are rabidly bitten by Jasper (her pet racoon). The doctor warns they may have rabies from the bite. A second more dangerous raccoon is discovered which eventually left the area. In the end, Charles (discovering there were two raccoons in the barn after finding Jasper remaining), says Laura is going to be OK after all. The main confusion is that Laura would still be in danger from the bite regardless of which untested raccoon bit her.

Enter Batgirl, Exit Penguin - S3-E1
Plot hole: When he abducts Alfred, believing him to be a minister, Penguin suffers a peculiar memory lapse. He's encountered Alfred twice before in previous episodes, even kidnapped him once before (knowing full well that he was Bruce Wayne's butler). Yet here, he fails to recognize Alfred at all. Plot hole: When the DigiDestined return to the real world, Izzy states that only a few minutes have passed by despite the weeks that have elapsed in the DigiWorld. However, in an earlier episode, Tai returns to the real world for hours and upon his return to the DigiWorld, only a few weeks have passed by.

Time Machine - S1-E5
Plot hole: After Al guests knocked out by the Russian dancer, he is woken up by his friends. However, according to the series events before this, Terri Garr should have found him first.

Normal Boy/Birth of a Salesman - S1-E3
Plot hole: Throughout the show, many characters state that Jimmy was responsible for the meteor almost destroying Retroville in the episode "Normal Boy", however, how would anyone even know that? The meteor was put on course after being hit by some kitchen objects shot into space by Jimmy's orange juice machine. Neither Jimmy nor his parents or anyone saw the objects go into space, much less witness them causing the meteor head straight to earth, especially since the meteor wasn't detected until the next day.

Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane? (1) - S1-E8
Plot hole: When Maria Jackson is running away from the alien creature, she turns left into a metal fencing. The camera shows this seconds before she runs into it, banging on it in frustration. This does not make any sense. She saw the metal fencing, so why did she continue to run into it? Why did she not turn right instead and along the park?

Plot hole: When Two-Face and his men have broken into the new D.A.'s office to find dirt on Rupert Thorne, one of his men finds a file detailing Thorne's record of Swiss bank accounts, money laundering, blackmail and payoffs that Two-Face tried for years to subpoena when he was D.A. When Thorne finds out that Two-Face has the file, he states that he will be ruined if Two-Face gives the file to the police. If Two-Face tried unsuccessfully for years to subpoena the file, then in all likelihood that means Thorne paid off the right people to prevent the subpoena from happening, so Two-Face giving the file to the police shouldn't be a problem for him. Additionally, if giving the file to the police would be all that it would take to bring Thorne down, then the new D.A. could have already done so. If the new D.A. was also paid off by Thorne, then it wouldn't make sense for Thorne to allow the D.A. to keep the file since they could easily lose the file or even double-cross Thorne. Tintin and the Picaros: Part 2 - S2-E9
Plot hole: When the helicopter flies over the jungle, Haddock inadvertently walks in view of the helicopter and the pilot of the helicopter notices him, assuming it to be a Picaro. Haddock then trips into the river, but despite being watched by the pilot of the helicopter the entire time, the helicopter pilot doesn't notice him falling into the river and instead assumes he just disappeared.
