The Aptitude Test / Oskar Gets a Job - S3-E9
Plot hole: Mr. Simmons asked that each student put their name on the test folders, but the folders already had names on them when he handed them out.

Plot hole: When Two-Face and his men have broken into the new D.A.'s office to find dirt on Rupert Thorne, one of his men finds a file detailing Thorne's record of Swiss bank accounts, money laundering, blackmail and payoffs that Two-Face tried for years to subpoena when he was D.A. When Thorne finds out that Two-Face has the file, he states that he will be ruined if Two-Face gives the file to the police. If Two-Face tried unsuccessfully for years to subpoena the file, then in all likelihood that means Thorne paid off the right people to prevent the subpoena from happening, so Two-Face giving the file to the police shouldn't be a problem for him. Additionally, if giving the file to the police would be all that it would take to bring Thorne down, then the new D.A. could have already done so. If the new D.A. was also paid off by Thorne, then it wouldn't make sense for Thorne to allow the D.A. to keep the file since they could easily lose the file or even double-cross Thorne. Attack Of The Mutant (1) - S2-E2
Plot hole: Skipper spots the Masked Mutant's headquarters the first time he goes past. He then goes back the next day, and the headquarters have vanished. He then goes back a third time, and the headquarters aren't there yet again. However Skipper says "How can it be. It was right here yesterday," although it wasn't.

Plot hole: There is no way that Zoey could've seen those boys hanging Chase's bike from a tree. She was way far from the window to even recognize his bike, and when Chase looks through the window, the bike was just now being lifted from the ground.

Plot hole: Guards at a security checkpoint attack Varrick and Bolin, because a wanted poster identifies them as fugitive traitors. The problem is that poster cannot have been there. Varrick and Bolin escape in the previous episode (Battle of Zaofu) but are captured minutes afterwards. (So, no posters needed.) The next day, they escape again by blowing up their imprisoning train car. Their captor, Bataar, thinks they are dead. Indeed, Varrick intended to die. Later, Bataar is actually shown reporting them dead. One might argue that the poster wasn't a wanted poster, but one that warned people about the empire making an example of the traitors. This argument is too flawed: The empire had many examples already, some very high-profile. And a propaganda poster must be placed in plain sight, not in a security booth corner especially designated to let security guards compare the passing individuals. (00:14:00)

Plot hole: Kenan ends up out of the door when trying to persuade the robbers not to give. Surely with all the media attention, a camera would have spotted him, and his family would realise it's Kenan. (00:20:30)

Plot hole: When Justin and Juliet were trapped behind the glass and Juliet let herself be captured by the mummy, so she doesn't burn to ashes when the morning comes, why didn't Juliet just escape? The mummy gave her enough time to turn around and share a moment with Justin, she could've used that time to fight him off, break Justin out and escape. The mummy wasn't very strong and Alex would've shown up 20 seconds later anyway, there wasn't any real reason for Juliet to just let herself be taken away.

Plot hole: In the ending scene, Mike has a probable concussion from her fall, so Sully keeps her awake to prevent her slipping into a coma. They talk all night, reminiscing as Mike experiences periodic pain spasms. Their talk ends with discussion over them having another child, and then they instantly engage in an intimate moment, which would be impossible, considering her condition, and without further checkup from another doctor. Sometime later she is suddenly feeling 'cured', and they return home.

The Muh-Muh-Muh-Murder - S1-E25
Plot hole: Daffy isn't able to escape Porky's house until he gets the keys, but later it is revealed that the reason he couldn't get out was because he was too weak to open the door. If that was the case, the keys shouldn't have been able to help him get out.

Plot hole: During Ryder's report, as Bruce and company watch it on TV, the camera suddenly zooms in on Joker standing on a catwalk above Ryder, and none of the crew, especially not the camera man who caught the villain, makes a comment about this. They may have thought the Joker (or rather an impersonator) was perhaps a surprise gag in the show, but since this is supposed to be a serious documentary report, it is still strange that they wouldn't point it out.

Plot hole: Cleo's photo album contains photos of her and Lewis from past episodes ("Love Potion", "Doctor Danger" and "Hocus Pocus"). It's impossible that their photos could have been taken because they were alone in all of them. (00:03:07)

Plot hole: This was the first episode of the series and we see that the rangers are unable to figure out how to properly operate their zords; but in Origins Part 1 (which takes place prior to this) they have no issues with the zords at all.

The aliens don't have ability to know who were there, or they wouldn't have questioned Smith about the crew. Also, they do not know Smith and Will are hiding. So, they don't arm to have any special power to know beyond what they actually observe.

Plot hole: Tim has the mike in his hand and steps repeatedly forwards to talk to Jill, the cord being long enough to allow him to do so. However once Jill leaves and he wants to go after her the mike knocks over the jar of mosquitoes. Up until then, there was no indication that the mike had been changed or moved but he never at the risk of knocking over the jar until then.

Plot hole: When Danny Kendall first appears in series 9 (1986) he is in the third year, then the fourth year in series 10 (1987) but in series 11 (1988) he is put down a year to help him catch up with work he missed as he was in hospital for most of his fourth year. But in series 12 (1989) he is in the fifth year when he would be aged sixteen going on seventeen and he would not be legally obliged to stay on at school, as sixteen was the legal school leaving age then. When Danny died in series 12 the school planted a tree in his memory with a plaque in front of it giving his birth date as 8th January 1973 and death date as 22nd January 1989. His birth date should have been 8th January 1972, as he would have been seventeen years old when he died.
