Character mistake: Bessie's last name is misspelled "Higginbottom" on the newspaper Happy shows her.

Character mistake: Rufus says "That was before I found out you raped my 14 year old daughter." referring to Jenny. Jenny, in previous seasons is 15. Jenny was born in 1993, and season 4 was filmed in 2010, making Jenny 16 at least. (00:25:35)
Suggested correction: In this scene, Rufus saying, "my 14 year old daughter..." was referring to Jenny's age at the time Chuck tired to force himself onto her (beginning of the first season), not her current age in season 4. Jenny was 14 in the beginning of season 1.

Annette Castellano Is My Nemesis - S3-E2
Character mistake: At the end of the episode, Danny says "Can we not do this in front of Bernard King?" referring to a poster on the wall of Danny's childhood bedroom. We can see the player in the poster is wearing the number 15 and is actually Earl Monroe, not Bernard King who wore the number 30.

Cat on a Hot Steel Beam - S1-E60
Character mistake: As the fire truck darts out from a back alley, the sign on a nearby gift shop window reads "gift's" when it should be "gifts".

On a Wing and a Prayer - S4-E7
Character mistake: FO Woodham drops James in Darrowby. James gives a proper RAF salute (palm forward). Woodham responds with a US style salute (palm down).

Welcome to the Great Beyond - S7-E4
Character mistake: Calvin is cleaning a gas BBQ grill, and they refer to it as a smoker. (00:00:26)

Character mistake: Marvin states Laurie's eyes are green, when in fact Susan Dey's eyes are blue.

Invasion of the Ferb Snatcher/Ain't No Kiddie Ride - S2-E28
Character mistake: In 'Ain't No Kiddie Ride' Carl reminds Major Monogram that he has no sense of smell and that he was born without nostrils noting it on his resume. But in 'Brain Dead' when Major Monogram sees Perry wearing a face mask he points out that Carl is also a germaphobe. Carl corrects him saying "It's not the germs sir, it's the garlic smell." He wouldn't be able to smell anything since he has no nostrils. (01:10:00 - 01:35:00)

Character mistake: In Season 3, Episode 10 (Careers), Leonard admits to being a beginner at bicycling. Then, he proves it by having his helmet mirror on the wrong side.

Charlie and Dee Find Love - S8-E4
Character mistake: Near the end, when Charlie is leaving to be with the Waitress, Ruby says she wasn't using him "like Charlie was." She's talking about her brother and meant to say "Trevor."

Character mistake: Bret fires at "John Wesley Hardin" four times, but the doctor and all the witnesses say there were three shots.

School Elections & Talent Show - S1-E8
Character mistake: There is a campaign poster that reads, "Vote for Ned or Your Dead." "Your" should be spelled "You're."

Character mistake: Levitt is often seen wearing a cap device as a shield (badge). This is a big no in the NYPD.

Character mistake: The leader of the Purple Knights says that they would only be bike riders if they couldn't tell which gender someone was by their hair. This is a major mistake, because if you look at the hair of the Purple Knights, it's incredibly easy to tell which gender someone is.

Character mistake: The Captain's medal ribbon bar is sewn onto his uniform back to front, with the 1939-45 Star on his left and the 1939-45 War Medal on his right.
Suggested correction: This is explained in the final episode, as he took somebody else's medal ribbon bar in order to get into an event only open to "decorated" officers and hurriedly put it on the wrong way round. However, this is also a mistake. Although the Captain never left Britain, he would still be entitled to the War Medal and Defence Medal, so would legitimately have two of the ribbons he wears. And having campaign medals does not make one "decorated" in any case.

Character mistake: Lorraine mistakenly tells Denny to "call 999" instead of 911, and when asked about it by Katie, denies having ever spent time in the UK (later revealed to be a lie). But this isn't some high-pressure slip of the tongue, she's highly intelligent and has been in America for a decent length of time, is working hard to maintain her facade of being born and bred American, so there's no way she'd slip up over such an obvious thing.

Character mistake: When Matt is telling his Dad about his problems, he says "...I kicked our social studies globe last week by accent." He should have said accident; although this is not a major error it is worth noting and looking out for. (00:03:35)

Character mistake: Theo applies a tourniquet to Lydia's torso in order to stop her from bleeding, he is later congratulated by Melissa who is a nurse. Tourniquets are not to be used for heads or torsos, only limbs.

Bank Run at Mr. Bank's Bank - S13-E6
Character mistake: When Archer and Ray are being shown the security controls by the bank employee, there is a corkboard on the wall behind them. On the corkboard, there is a paper with the caption with the "Missing - My Favotire Mug." Clearly it is meant to say "favorite", but the R and T were misplaced, resulting in a typo. (00:11:40)

The Hairy Scare of the Devil Bear - S1-E8
Character mistake: Velma says bears only have four claws. Wrong, they really do have five claws.
