Continuity mistake: When Cal Ritter's wife comes to his furniture studio to talk with him, the clock shows the time as 4:45. After they talk for two minutes, the security guard enters and says, "It's 5:00 and my ride's here. I just want to let you know I'm leaving."

Other mistake: Harriet phones a plasterer to repair a wall in the boys' bedroom. He says he will be there the next day. Ozzie phones Mr. Baxter and asks him to replace a broken rain gutter. Baxter comes to the house and tells Ozzie he has two big jobs to finish and "it will be about a week" - but he shows up the next day, same as the plasterer.

Continuity mistake: As Penelope steals a valuable necklace from the adjoining hotel room of Mrs. Potter and returns to her own room, Harpo is hiding under the bed. After Chico enters Penelope's room, Harpo is shown crawling on his hands and knees in Mrs. Potter's room, but we never saw him leave Penelope's room.

Other mistake: Cocoanut Hotel manager Mr. Hammer (Groucho Marx) reads aloud a telegram stating that guests will arrive on the 4:30 train. He then says, "The 4:15, eh?" and tells Jamison (Zeppo Marx) that he's going to "meet the 4:15."

Other mistake: Just one second after Bugs puts a letter (presumably an order for a pair of earmuffs) into a mailbox, a courier arrives with a package containing the earmuffs.

Continuity mistake: When Annie Oakley begins shooting at Wild Bill Hickok, he falls backward into a trough of wet cement. Annie then fights with Belle Starr and knocks her into the vat of cement. Belle lands face down on top of Hickok. After a brief shot of onlookers, Hickok is now lying face down with Belle still on top of him.

Other mistake: Daffy walks past the same table and couch four times. When he runs the other direction, he passes the same staircase five times.

Continuity mistake: Goodwill captures four of the pigs and confines them in a pillory, a wooden framework with six holes. The head of each pig is sticking through one of the holes. After Goodwill captures Petunia, Porky enters the laboratory and discovers the pillory. Five pigs are now confined, and the sixth hole has disappeared.

Factual error: Curly Joe asks the bartender for a Coke. John Pemberton created Coca-Cola in 1886. The movie is set in 1871.

Factual error: In a scene set in 1871, several newspaper articles get printed on Moe's face as he falls onto a printing press. Curly Joe reads that "AT&T is splitting two for one." American Telephone and Telegraph Company was founded in 1885.

Other mistake: A handwritten entry in Phileas Fogg III's diary says he and his servants (The Three Stooges) were interrogated by Chinese intelligence. The word is misspelled "inlellegence." (00:55:15)

Other mistake: Phileas Fogg III and a confidence man are at the Regent Street Bank to sign an agreement regarding Fogg's bet that he can travel around the world in 80 days without spending any money. A Security Bonded Transfer Company courier arrives at 10:37 with a valise filled with cash. As the two men leave the bank two minutes later, Big Ben is chiming 11:00.
