Visible crew/equipment: During the battle against the dinosaur skeleton, you can see a SFX guy in one shot as the creature whips its head around. He is on the left edge of the screen, standing partially in the frame and visible for nearly a full second.
Visible crew/equipment: As the camera moves in on the shower curtain when Alice is taking a shower, you can see the shadow of the camera. (00:08:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Marion is packing in her room, the camera is panning back over the bed to show the newspaper with the cash wrapped up in it. As the camera pans back, one can see the camera's shadow on the bed.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Brody approaches the group of teenagers on their smashed boats, the angle cuts to show Brody approaching seen as if from Cable Junction. At this point, there is a huge mistake. The teenagers' boats are clearly visible in the foreground, the kids have all completely vanished, and you can spot the cameraman standing on the boats quite clearly.
Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of the crew is visible on the captain of the St. George when he enters the boat.
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning when Chuckie is turning on all the toys in the office, he flies a helicopter and the string is so visible its funny. The helicopter then crashes and you can still see it. In the next shot the man looks at it and there is no string. (00:11:15)

In the movie, though, there are supposed to be no lights on at all. Visible crew/equipment: In one of the scenes where Arnold is running through piles of debris an explosion behind him causes him to fly through the air. The mechanism that launches him in the air can clearly be seen flipped up from the ground.
Visible crew/equipment: There is a shot towards the end of the film, (just before Willis and Jackson exchange dialogue in the engine room) in which it shows the entourage of people boarding a smaller boat from the much larger ship. Look towards the bottom left corner of the screen as the boat pulls away - inside you can see the head of a female boom mike operator.
Visible crew/equipment: When 007 takes the taxi outside the Oh Voodoo Cult Shop, you can see the reflection of the crew on the window of the car.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Malloy twins are introduced and seen racing each other with the monster trucks, the camera crew is seen several times in the reflection of the trucks. First when the camera pans out to see the large truck and then at the top of the door when the close up of Turk Malloy in the big truck is shown. (00:18:30)
