Visible crew/equipment: When Helen and the Candyman are in the psychiatrists' office, Candyman flies out of the window backwards. If you look very carefully, you can see the harness that pulls him backwards.

Visible crew/equipment: About half way through there is a shot that shows Jonathan sitting in his living room. On the right-hand side of the screen we can see the windows and it's dark outside. Even so, you can see a cameraman holding a camera moving along the window filming Jon from behind.
Visible crew/equipment: On the GoodTimes DVD release of Halloween 2, just after Dr. Loomis blows up the hospital room the camera switches to the hallway where Laurie is running away. The explosion comes through the hallway and you can see the right side of the hallway shaking - this shows that the wall is a studio set wall. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Adam walks around his apartment with his camera (because the lights were out) the filmmakers put lights in the set so the actors wouldn't walk into walls, and also letting the audience see what's actually happening. In the movie, though, there are supposed to be no lights on at all. However, just before Adam opens the closet door with Jigsaw in it, you can see the reflection of one of the set's lights on the top of Adam's camera. (01:07:40)

Visible crew/equipment: Murph sneaks into Cooper's truck to get to NASA. Once Cooper closes the vehicle door after placing some blankets into it, a boom mic can be seen in the left wing mirror. (00:22:05)
