Visible crew/equipment: Several times throughout the movie you can see lighting screens and lighting equipment in the reflection of the troopers sunglasses.
Visible crew/equipment: When Donnie and his Dad are in the car, talking, prior to nearly hitting Grandma Death, in the window behind Donnie's Dad is the reflection of a vehicle which says "Darko" clearly on it. There's also the reflection of a clapperboard on the backseat. (00:21:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Tom Cruise is standing alone in the hall at the ground floor of the LE building, screaming for "Tech Support..." the camera pans around him 360 degrees. When the camera pans over Tom's left shoulder, you can see the shadows of the camera crew on his jacket. After the panning has come to a stop, you can see the reflection of two or three crew-members in the glass walls behind him.
Visible crew/equipment: When Woody Allen arrives at the mansion where the second robbery took place and starts talking to his friend who's investigating the crime scene, one can see the mic's reflection on the big glass door of the house.
Visible crew/equipment: Toward the end of the movie, right before Fronsac has it out with Jean Francois, he kicks everyone else's butt. There's one shot where he kicks an attacker who proceeds to go flying back. When he hits the ground and the dust and leaves start to settle, you can see the wire leading out of the shot.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Vaughn hits Travolta over the head and is sprinkling the gasoline around you see one shot of Travolta on the floor. Just behind him you see someone walk by, you see only a leg with white trousers and brown boots.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jeff Bridges takes Prot to meet his family the crew is visible in the reflection in his glasses as he shakes Jeff's wife's hand. (00:53:40)
Visible crew/equipment: The first time Naomi Watts character enters her bathroom (just before she finds Rita) pay attention to the small rectangular mirror in the lower left of the screen. You can see Watts pass the mirror then a second person, presumably the cameraman as no-one else is supposed to be there. (00:23:25)
