Visible crew/equipment: In one scene Ace is drumming large mushrooms supposedly growing on the side of a tree. When Ace knocks only one off (the very last mushroom, he hits it off the tree completely and you see) a metal spike that held all the mushroom props in place visible on the tree.

Visible crew/equipment: After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. Visible crew/equipment: When moving into their apartment Patrick Swazye kicks the statue to make it swing so they can get it inside. As they are looking at the statue, two moving men cross in back of them carring a mirror and as they pass you can see the director and camera crew in the reflection.
Visible crew/equipment: In the crushing room at the end of the film, Strahm is trying to open the box where Hoffman is. As it's descending into the ground, on the side of the box you can see the feet of a crew member with white sneakers moving around. It is not Strahm's feet: he's wearing black boots. No slow-mo is required.
Visible crew/equipment: In a scene not too long after Tom Cruise attempts to revive a hooker who has OD'd, he is speaking with an older gentleman. The three are in a bathroom and the hooker is passed out on a chair. One of the shower or light fixtures toward the left of the screen is shiny, and in a shot during which the camera briefly tracks in reverse, you can see the camera, cameraman and the focus puller reflected. It's pretty clear and not all that fast.
Visible crew/equipment: When Anderton visits his wife after the auto plant scene, the camera pans around the car and the camera operator is clearly seen in the reflection on the bumper. (01:57:05)
Visible crew/equipment: When the ambassador and the photographer are in the cemetery getting attacked by the dogs there are men standing behind a tree. I'm assuming they're the trainers - they are located when the photographer is trying to hop the fence. Look in the back right hand corner - there are about two or three men standing there. (01:21:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Monica is in bed with her boyfriend and they get up to dance, the whole film crew is mirrored on the glass of the window.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after Patrick Bateman's second encounter with the detective in his office, we see Bateman having sex at Courtney's apartment. After he rolls off her, Bateman approaches the large, stand-up mirror in the bedroom. In the upper right hand corner of the mirror, a boom microphone can clearly be seen moving around to pick up Christian Bale's lines. The next time we get the same long shot, the microphone is gone. Visible crew/equipment: When water blurs the Father's word book, and the word deliveries appears, a woman appears to the right of him that appears to be a member of the camera crew, or possibly Irene, but she shouldn't be there either, because she is praying with imaginable nuns at that time.
