Revealing mistake: When Tommy is trying to bend the car door back you can see a wire holding the door in place so that Tommy can hit it as hard as he wants and it won't go back in place.
Revealing mistake: When we see the space station from the cockpit of the approaching shuttle, the station does not appear to rotate because the shuttle is rotating at the same speed. OK...except that the station IS still rotating with respect to the sun, which means that the light source and shadows on the station should be moving.
Revealing mistake: After the accident with the German car crashing into the pile of snow in which the Germans were killed, Schaffer first hangs an MP40 on his shoulder and then somehow pulls up a body with only one hand. And with the changing of the grip, (from chest to legs) the 'body' stands on his own feet to give Schaffer the time and opportunity to do it properly. (00:50:10)
Suggested correction: Schaffer uses two hands to pick the body up his left hand grabs the body's right arm and his right hand grabs the body's tunic (under the body's chin).
Revealing mistake: In the rooftop chase between Bond and Mitchell, it is obvious that both characters are wearing black running shoes, when in the previous scene, both wore smart black suit shoes.
Revealing mistake: Lizzie has black nail polish and the same size of nails throughout the entire movie. Supposedly, Lizzie and Isabella are different people. But, when Isabella comes back, you can see she has the same color nail polish and the same size of nails as Lizzie. I don't think it's just a coincidence.
Revealing mistake: When they are learning how to throw knives, the guy gets one thrown through his hand. If you watch this carefully, blood starts coming out of his hand before the knife hits. (00:28:45)

Revealing mistake: The shot of the two nuclear missiles being launched is used twice, just reversed. They seem to have changed the saturation slightly in one of them to make it look different, but there are identical clouds at the top left/top right in both shots, ruining the trick.
Revealing mistake: During the "grand finale" fight scene, which takes place on the underside of an overturned helicopter hanging from a cliff, a few frames show the rigging that is holding the helicopter in place.
Revealing mistake: When the Penguin is sliding down the zip line, just before he hits Batman you can see Batman throwing a punch at nobody, he is swinging at empty air.

Revealing mistake: At the bank there is a close-up of Mr. Darling with Sir Edward Quiller Couch standing behind him to his right, just as Nana, et al. are about to collide with the bankers. The camera pans in for the extreme close-up of Mr. Darling, who makes a horrified face. Later, when the Darlings are at the party Nana bursts in. Sir Edward again stands to Mr. Darling's right. Mr. Darling puts his hands up in front of himself and the next close-up shot is the very same shot from the bank. Part of Sir Edward's hair is edited and the background is digitally augmented. Revealing mistake: In a scene where the canoes are shooting the rapids through a sheer cliff you can clearly see a stuntman climbing out of the water onto the rock.
Revealing mistake: When the 13-year old boys are "driving" the car to chase after Echo, the car is not being driven at all (but on a tow-truck) because we can see that the gear lever is in the "park" position.
