Revealing mistake: When the Rangers kick Oozemen's ass, the pink Ranger starts off with the "You guys make me sick sick sick -kick". While all Rangers are fighting, the blue one is just standing still next to the camera. You can see his shoe in the in the lower right corner waiting for his entrance. (00:22:30)
Revealing mistake: In the scene in the Russian bar, Dutch takes the bartender's gun. When he turns to hit her, the face of the stuntman replacing Alan Tudyk is visible. (01:03:40)
Revealing mistake: When Vicky and Donald Grisham are trying to get away in the car with the hardware store guy hanging on the end, in the furthest shot you can see the wheels aren't moving.
Revealing mistake: After Dante's Peak explodes for the final time, the pyroclastic cloud rolls down the mountain toward the town. Harry shouts "Don't look back, kids, don't look back." and then we are shown a wide shot of the truck zooming down the ash-choked streets. Unfortunately, it's painfully obvious that this is either a miniature or CGI shot, because the truck isn't leaving any tracks behind it or trailing any clouds of ash despite its high speed. Revealing mistake: When Thunderbird 3 lands in London, the jets do not burn the grass they land on.
Revealing mistake: At the party where Inspector Gadget lights a cigar for Scolex, he uses his thumb which flips open to reveal a flame. When they cut to the close-up of Scolex getting the cigar lit, you can see that there is a hand holding up a traditional lighter, and not Inspector Gadget's thumb any more.
Revealing mistake: When Shrek and Donkey are sitting by the fire and looking at the stars, when Donkey asks Shrek about "our swamp" and Shrek says "We?" When Shrek blinks, his right eyeball is slicing through his upper lid. (00:46:30)
Revealing mistake: Very near the end of the movie, when the NOAA director is viewed in the helicopter as it approaches NYC, the image is reversed, verified by the David Clark logo on his headset being reversed. There are two different shots of this just a few seconds apart, and they are both reversed.
Revealing mistake: This mistake occurs in the beginning of the film where the bandits rob the train. When Jackie is standing on the coal (or was it wood?) car you can see the train is passing a modern sign (you can see it on the right).

Revealing mistake: At the start of the hearse chase, when we first see the bad guys pull a hand-brake turn through 90 degrees in a small London side-street, if you look on the ground you can see the skid marks from what must have been the previous take.

Revealing mistake: When the couple in the truck are driven off and down the side of the mountain the direction of the truck does not match the direction he steers the truck.
Revealing mistake: Near the end, right before Nita goes after Kenai, she takes off her dress. If you look closely, when she takes it off, her necklace and earrings come off with the dress as if they were a part of the dress. Also, her hair is tied back when she's wearing the dress. But when she takes it off, her hair is loose and flowing.
