Audio problem: In the 1992 "Thomas Gets Tricked" VHS release, the music stops and a man's voice says, "Look out for the train!" when Thomas climbs up Gordon's Hill. The voice can still be heard in the 1995 release, but the music does not stop.
Audio problem: When Sir Topham Hatt, the policeman, and Thomas' crew are at Elsbridge Station, Thomas whistles, but his crew is standing on the platform.
Audio problem: When Sir Topham Hatt goes "Mmmmmmm..." if you listen closely, you'll hear Ringo Starr's lip smacking in the background very faintly. This goof is only visible in the American version of the episode. (00:03:00)

Audio problem: When Gordon backing down to the bottom of the hill, you can hear brakes screeching, but Gordon's wheels are still moving.
