Visible crew/equipment: While Higgins and Bruce are going over Robin's accounts, Magnum chimes in with his thoughts about Robin Masters, then just as Magnum walks toward the desk the unfinished top of the set is visible. Later, we can see the properly finished ceiling behind Magnum, when he and Higgins are standing by the desk. (00:04:35)

Continuity mistake: While Luther is wearing the red and black Hawaiian shirt with palm trees design, the shirt's pattern changes within Luther's scenes although the style of the shirt stays the same. It then reverts to the original pattern. (00:17:10)

Visible crew/equipment: While Luther is walking with Suzi and Cleo sharing his "weapon, opportunity, motive" ideas, just as he says, "That is rule number two," the boom mic with its fuzzy windscreen pops up into view in front of Suzi's knee, at the bottom of the screen. (00:25:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After Higgins tells Magnum he's always amazed at the convoluted way Magnum's mind works, when Magnum walks around the wheelchair, two T-marks are visible on the ground; the black one is behind Higgins to his left and the green one to his right. (00:44:55)
Continuity mistake: When Magnum is with Dave at the radio station requesting his help as an audio engineer, Magnum's wearing the white Polo Ralph Lauren safari animal print shirt, and when it cuts to Magnum at the security office at Lee's building, now the animal print pattern is different, though he's still wearing the same style shirt. Visible crew/equipment: When Lee arrives at the restaurant and walks over to Magnum, the rectangular bulge of the hidden mic transmitter is visible at the back of Lee's waist. Then as they both take their seats at the table, the green tape mark is visible on the floor where Magnum stood. (00:41:10)
