Visible crew/equipment: While Higgins and Bruce are going over Robin's accounts, Magnum chimes in with his thoughts about Robin Masters, then just as Magnum walks toward the desk the unfinished top of the set is visible. Later, we can see the properly finished ceiling behind Magnum, when he and Higgins are standing by the desk. (00:04:35)

Continuity mistake: While Luther is wearing the red and black Hawaiian shirt with palm trees design, the shirt's pattern changes within Luther's scenes although the style of the shirt stays the same. It then reverts to the original pattern. (00:17:10)
