The Ugliest Dog in Hawaii - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: Magnum punches the baddies who tried to dogjack them at the gas station. Old Mr. DiGorgio drives the car and picks them up. Not so old, actually, because Michael V. Gazzo is substituted at the wheel by a younger and leaner stuntman with a fake stache. (00:21:35)

Continuity mistake: Higgins holds Sir Algernon Farnsworth's radiograph with his left hand in close-up, right hand when the view changes. (00:12:30)
The Ugliest Dog in Hawaii - S1-E8
Other mistake: During the short action sequence with Magnum scaring off Steve and Mitch before collapsing, the lights go off for unexplained reasons; Mitch already ran off and past the guard, so he couldn't have switched them off, and in the fight nobody knocks lights down or bumps into switches. That aside, there's also an odd timing on the noise of the syringe falling, since neither Magnum or Steve appear to hold it in hand and Magnum punched free earlier. (00:12:10)

Continuity mistake: The syringe that rolls on the floor in close-up is different from the one Steve uses to stab Magnum in the neck; it's thicker and with a different tip. (00:12:05)

Visible crew/equipment: In the fight the kennel, to the right of the screen before Magnum gets stabbed with the tranquilizer you can see someone inside the animal cage, perhaps the dog handler keeping him calm while the main cage doors are open. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: Magnum shows up in front of Evans, the security guard, with his phony ID. The man has both hands on the clipboard in one shot, just one in the next. (00:10:20)
The Ugliest Dog in Hawaii - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: Steve is typing away while DiGorgio disses him for failing to snag the pooch. When he says "You need somebody to tell you somethin' ", Steve's closed fist moves from the keys to the top of the typewriter. (00:10:20)

Continuity mistake: When the goons come back to the car after losing Sir Algernon Farnsworth, the same extras from earlier are walking back and forth by the car (black shirt guy, blonde guy with khaki jacket, etc). (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: When Pier Guard Bear talks to DiGorgio through the car window, plenty people are getting lei'd in the door reflection, not matched by the reverse and wider shots. (00:03:30)
The Ugliest Dog in Hawaii - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: The moment Mitch and the other goon walk away leaving Victor DiGorgio in the car, you can spot in the background Michael Hasegawa in his private cop uniform waiting for his cue to enter stage, and just pretend to randomly notice the parking violation. (00:03:10)
The Ugliest Dog in Hawaii - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, the mobster park illegally on the yellow zone. During the hijinks that ensue, the extras' movements don't transition from one shot to the next. You can see it right at the first cut; conspicuous extras such as one holding a red bag, or a girl in an ethnic skirt selling leis, appear all of a sudden. Plus, there's a big amount of recycling with the extras - there's a guy in Hawaiian blue shirt carrying a suitcase that keeps walking by Victor DiGorgio. (00:02:40)

Other mistake: At the end of the episode, Zeus and Apollo are in a cage, and it is explained that it's because of sir Algernon's presence, due to Magnum's decision. It makes for a humorous finale, but does not make any sense; it's sir Algernon that has to be isolated for the 4 months quarantine, and an earlier segment implied that a fence had been built for him, as he needed to be limited in movements to avoid contact with the ocean and everyone on the estate.

Character mistake: Steve gets on Rick's truck and tells him "Just follow that car." However, when we see what happens through TC's chopper, the van is in the lead, and the car is the one following - probably it was footage shot with the intention to reveal Magnum's plan earlier.
