Corrected entry: It was impossible for Sherlock to guess the password to the safe in Irene's house. Even if he knew which numbers were pressed frequently he couldn't have guessed the order. (00:20:00 - 00:21:00)
The Hounds of Baskerville - S2-E2
Corrected entry: Dr Frankland refers to his "cell number. No British person refers to a mobile phone as a cellphone.
Correction: It's actually a plot point, revealing that Frankland had spent a long time in America.
Continuity mistake: The underground car seen in the CCTV video is from the Jubilee line, but is meant to be the District Line. It's also different from the one where the heroes defuse the bomb, which is an actual District Line train (D stock). The rounded doors is the most visible proof.

Sherlock Holmes: I don't know.
John Watson: Here to see the queen?
[Mycroft Holmes walks around the corner.]

Trivia: When Moriarty is stealing the Crown Jewels, Andrew Scott ad-libbed dancing in time to the classical music he is listening to.
Question: Which episode contains the line "I'm not insulting you, I'm describing you?" Google searches turn up nothing but the quote itself, and no further information on the episode or the rest of the scene. If anyone knows the line that led up to it, that would be even better.
Chosen answer: That line of dialogue has never actually been spoken in any of the Sherlock episodes, during seasons 1-4. However, that line is written in someone's fan-fiction story online, where it's said by Sherlock and directed at Anderson.

Correction: Irene waltzing around nude provided Sherlock with all the information he needed: he deduced the password was her vital statistics. Since that figure is most commonly presented in order of bust/waist/hips, the answer would have then come relatively easily to him.
