Will the Real Colonel Klink Please Stand Up Against the Wall? - S4-E13
Continuity mistake: In Klink's quarters, Schultz stops Hogan from disturbing Klink. When he does, Schultz's arm is across his chest. When the angle changes, his arm is at his side.

Audio problem: When Carter, dressed as Klink, approaches the staff car, Bruno the dog starts barking at him. Watch the dog's mouth. It doesn't match the noises at all.
Will the Real Colonel Klink Please Stand Up Against the Wall? - S4-E13
Visible crew/equipment: When Hogan opens the window, there is a reflection of the studio lighting on the top pane.
Factual error: When the safe doors blow, we have another case of a fuse still burning after the charge blows. Since the charge blows when the fuse is burnt up, that's literally impossible. (00:20:00)
Visible crew/equipment: As the car with the kidnapped Klink takes off, the Stalag 13 buildings are reflected in the windows, along with the camera equipment and lighting. (00:01:20)
Visible crew/equipment: As Hogan and Carter approach the staff car, the crew and film equipment are reflected on the chrome of the lights and radiator.
Other mistake: Carter said the plans and note were in the box that was supposed to contain a model of the Hindenburg. However, the box he's building out of has "STUKA" on the side.
Continuity mistake: At the end, Hogan has the note from Nimrod in his right hand. When the shot changes, it's in his left hand.
Who Stole My Copy of Mein Kampf? - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: At the end, Colonel Sitzer pushes Hogan away, calls for music, and puts his left hand over the microphone, with his right hand hanging by his side. A second later, his right hand is mid way up the stand.
Who Stole My Copy of Mein Kampf? - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: When the staff car with Leslie Smyth-Beddoes pulls in, Hogan opens the window to see who it is. As you look past Hogan, instead of a daytime backdrop, there is a black backdrop, and the wooden shutters are lit up as if it were daytime.
Factual error: The cover of the plan for Unternehmen Hannibal is marked "SEHR GEHEIM." That phrasing does not exist in German. The correct term would be "streng geheim".
Continuity mistake: As Newkirk says he volunteers, he straightens to attention, hands by his sides. A second later, his hands are in front" holding a bit of laundry.
Continuity mistake: At the end, while Hogan and Klink are talking, Hogan's right arm alternates between being up with a note in hand to down at his side between shots.
Revealing mistake: While talking about Von Baler's daughter, Hogan is facing the building talking with Carter and Newkirk. Behind him is an open area of the camp. If you look, you can see that there is no guard in The Tower, no shadow of The Tower of the guard hut (the sun is behind them and Hogan), and the snow is piled up about three feet behind Hogan, suggesting that the background is a wall mural in the studio.

Visible crew/equipment: As Carter and Newkirk are caught by the wire, the shadow of the camera pulling back is seen on the ground.
Watch the Trains Go By - S4-E19
Continuity mistake: As Schultz is by the car, Hogan is behind the fire brigade equipment. When Klink calls Schultz, Hogan gets up from behind the equipment. A second later, in a closeup, he comes up from behind the equipment again.

Visible crew/equipment: As Linkmeyer and Klink get in the car, a man in a white shirt can be seen moving around the camera position in the reflection on the car under her window.
Watch the Trains Go By - S4-E19
Visible crew/equipment: When Klink is by the fence acting busy and talking to Schultz, twice you can see the shadow of the camera on Klink's overcoat.
Suggested correction: Considering they have a tailor (Newkirk) and are air dropped everything from explosives to penicillin, a Class A dress uniform would hardly be a challenge to make or receive.

Klink: "Hogan, where did you get that uniform?!" - Hogan: "Oh, I had OSS airdrop it together with our latest shipment of explosives and ammunition. We brought it in through our tunnel last night and stored it there."

I got it from the Red Cross.

Only a few high ranking intelligence officers are aware of Hogan's mission. Hogan's activities would under normal circumstances be considered fraternisation. While it might be true that he could theoretically obtain a class A uniform via the red cross, doing so would brand him as a collaborator and traitor.
