Visible crew/equipment: When Max and 99 are trapped in the room with the hatch that leads down to the Guru's chamber, the filmmakers didn't bother to make it seem like a giant hole in the ground, and they also didn't bother about the floor of the set being about ten centimetres below the hatch.
The Little Black Book: Part 1 - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: At the start in Max's apartment, the glass protective shield in the apartment changes from dirty and stained to clear.
The Little Black Book: Part 1 - S3-E16
Audio problem: When Max is fighting the waiter, several times he misses the waiter completely, but you can still hear the sound.
The Little Black Book: Part 1 - S3-E16
Visible crew/equipment: In both part 1 and 2, when the KAOS agents are staking out Max's house, a crew member is reflected on the frame of their car's windscreen.
The Little Black Book: Part 2 - S3-E17
Continuity mistake: When Max and Sid are talking at the start, the silhouette that's there to fool assassins is already up, but Max hadn't pushed the button yet. He doesn't press it until the end of the scene.
The Little Black Book: Part 2 - S3-E17
Other mistake: When the KAOS assassin fires at Max's window, there are no bullet holes in the window when there should be.
The Little Black Book: Part 2 - S3-E17
Visible crew/equipment: When Max and Sid are talking to the CONTROL lawyer, a square reflector screen is reflected in the CONTROL lawyer's glasses.
Factual error: In this episode, Max is wrongly convicted of murder in the first degree. However, first degree murder is actually pre-planned murder. As revealed earlier when the Max impostor holds up the bank, his partner compliments him on killing the guard as though it was a spontaneous decision. As the court does not know whether killing the guard was part of the plan, it was most likely that Max would be convicted of second-degree (intentional, but not pre-planned) murder.
Continuity mistake: When Max pulls all of the money out of the telephone, in one angle the telephone is pouring out coins, but in another nothing is happening.
The Wax Max - S3-E20
Other mistake: When there's a close up of Max firing the rifle, the rides that appear in the next shot should have been visible right behind him.
The Wax Max - S3-E20
Revealing mistake: In the tunnel of Love scene, one shot shows an axe being thrust down at Max. The axe is visibly blunt.
The Wax Max - S3-E20
Visible crew/equipment: When an arrow is fired at the boat in the Tunnel of Love scene, the wire attached to it is visible.
Continuity mistake: In the episode, first Siegfried states that he was contacted in his apartment by Mr Pfister. Later, when talking to Max and 99, he states that Pfister stopped him in the street and asked him.
Other mistake: There are several shots of the carrier pigeon flying home from the group of agents, but in those shots it is not a pigeon. Pigeons do not have wings that big.
Deliberate mistake: Pfister states that there are two minutes until he destroys the world, but when he begins preparing, if you use a stopwatch, two minutes never pass, the clock that Pfister reads from is just exceptionally fast.
Continuity mistake: In the first shot on the rooftop, Pfister is wearing thick glasses on his head. In all the other shots, he has no glasses with no time to remove them.
Other mistake: Siegfried pulls out a pigeon and says that it is going to the Pentagon, but if you see his position compared to an earlier shot of the cages, he pulls out the one that is going to London.
Continuity mistake: For some inexplicable reason, at one point, both teams have the same coloured vest. At other times, the Iron Curtain Team's vests are maroon.
Revealing mistake: When Hymie is investigating the unconscious man in the shower, for some the reason the man is wearing underpants even though he is in a shower. Evidently for modesty.
Revealing mistake: When Purvis is about to go onto the field, it cuts to a close up of Purvis' face and you can actually see folds in the fake sky behind Purvis.
