Continuity mistake: At the carnival scene, the shot zooming in on the square shows that the Juggler's balls are blue. In all the other shots, they are white.

Continuity mistake: In this episode Max claims a fear of lightning. But in many other episodes, he's very close to lightning, and he's fine.
Maxwell Smart, Private Eye - S3-E5
Continuity mistake: At one point in the chase, the black car goes past a corner too fast and backs up so they can go through the street. When the random guy hails the taxi, the black car is reversing again in the background.
Continuity mistake: At the car wash, the KAOS man drives his car in and there are two people in it for some reason, but when he gets out, he's the only one there.
Continuity mistake: During one scene in the fake plane going off, a KAOS thug standing in the background has a shadow that magically moves between shots.
Continuity mistake: In one shot, both Max and the guy holding him at gunpoint are covered in soap suds, but the next shot shows that only Max is covered.
Continuity mistake: When anybody dives into the lake, their wetsuits are black. But in the water, they are grey.
Continuity mistake: During the joust scene, several tyre marks on the ground from the motorcycles disappear from the ground.
Continuity mistake: When Max brings the coffee to the doctor's office, his suit is dark blue. After the opening credits he has no time to change, so how come his suit becomes dark gray?
Suggested correction: After watching the scenes, his suit never changes color. It's always a dark grey, never dark blue.
Continuity mistake: When confronted by Siegfried in the restaurant, the position of Siegfried's gun compared to Max's head changes constantly between shots with no time to move.
The Little Black Book: Part 1 - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: At the start in Max's apartment, the glass protective shield in the apartment changes from dirty and stained to clear.
The Little Black Book: Part 2 - S3-E17
Continuity mistake: When Max and Sid are talking at the start, the silhouette that's there to fool assassins is already up, but Max hadn't pushed the button yet. He doesn't press it until the end of the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Max pulls all of the money out of the telephone, in one angle the telephone is pouring out coins, but in another nothing is happening.
Continuity mistake: In the episode, first Siegfried states that he was contacted in his apartment by Mr Pfister. Later, when talking to Max and 99, he states that Pfister stopped him in the street and asked him.
Continuity mistake: In the first shot on the rooftop, Pfister is wearing thick glasses on his head. In all the other shots, he has no glasses with no time to remove them.
Continuity mistake: For some inexplicable reason, at one point, both teams have the same coloured vest. At other times, the Iron Curtain Team's vests are maroon.

Continuity mistake: When Max and Bodecker are escaping, Max has black gloves in one shot, but in all others his hands are uncovered.
